First i get a call that the property i booked was under some renivations and they had to move me. Witch was fine. But the house they moved us into was fiflthy with food on the curtians stuff floating in the pool toilets not flushing all dishes had to he washed before we could use them. Floors were snafy as well. Bad experience there. Then upon vhecking out i accidently left a wqtch that my dad bought me at the unit. I then asked if i cpuld pay the cost to have it mailed to me and she refused. I know i messed up leaving it there but what bothers me is the fact that instead of returning my watvh they kept it and wore it around. I know this for a fact because i got an email telling me how many steps were taken that day. I was ignored and the customer servise was crap to be compleatly fair. I do not reccomemd staying at any property this vompany manages. 10 out of 10 dont reccomend.

The property manager did not get back to me regarding paying for my hotel, ever and then charged the wrong bank account. This was after three weeks of zero communication back from them. Then they told me that their Internet had been down for three weeks and they would be responding to me. The communication remained nonexistent. I flew my family to Orlando, but I was not given the code to the door Until 10 minutes after check-in. Once there, we realize there were no comfort such as toilet paper, paper towels, we couldn’t even use the grill unless we paid extra. The AC didn’t work properly. I reached out to the property manager several times about different issues, but did not get responses. At the end of our stay, I had to ask for a check out directions and the property manager said they would be sent to me. We had to check out without any directions we never received them. I would not recommend staying at this facility. The space itself was great, but the stress of not knowing how to get in without a code and the lack of communication wasn’t worth it.

Perfect location - close to many things!

Overall the property was great. It was nice to have a private pool and so many rooms and bathrooms. The home was nice and neat and the host was prompt with answering questions. The clubhouse amenities were also nice. The beds were not very comfortable. We used all but two beds and they were very hard. When cooking at home and trying to save money, it would have been nice to have more options of cookware and amenities. Having games for families to play would also be a good addition. It was a little tight when everyone was trying to eat and be together in common spaces. The driveway is very narrow so two big SUV’s don’t really work in the space.

Spring break trip

We had a fun stay while we were on our spring break vacation. The rental has plenty of space for 3 families with children. It was clean and super fun.

Don’t book it!

This property ruined our vacation! We are a family of 12 with infants, small children and adults. Upon our arrival, the instructions provided to enter the property and close the property were not clear, I had to call the host to ask additional questions. When we entered, we discovered all 5 bathrooms had no electricity and the exterior lights, front and back, did not work. We called the host many times. When someone answered, they asked us to reset the panel. The host was informed of a breaker that kept shutting off when we tried to turn it on, and it sparked. We were without electricity throughout all bathrooms on 5 occasions throughout our stay. Every time the host was contacted, the response time took longer. There was a leak that streamed out of the air vent into the kitchen on two occasions. The property is infested with ants, the beds are rock solid, and there is nowhere to hang your towels unless you hang it on a hanger within the exposed closet. The property is advertised for 14 ppl with towels and pool towels provided, yet there were not sufficient towels for 12. The water heater doesn't support 14 ppl, many cold showers were taken. There was no mop to dry up the streaming water coming from the kitchen ceiling nor a vacuum for the carpets, just a broom The maintenance person sent did not speak English/Spanish. Repairs were never made and response from the host became worse with every issue. Don’t rent here!
