For your convenience, we provide six towels and a full laundry facility within the property.



As a gesture of our hospitality, we offer a Welcome Kit to all guests. Please note that it is not our responsibility to replace the kit.

Welcome to Lucaya Village Resort

Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community located just 7 miles from Walt Disney World. This family-friendly resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, and is one of the coziest resorts in the Orlando area. Only a 25 minutes drive from the airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions.



The resort amenities include a gated community with a resort pool and hot tub, the clubhouse with a fitness center, and an internet café.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
