Beyond Impressed!

WOW!!! This is a dream rental! Everything was exceptional. The texts/emails prior to arrival and upon departure were short sweet and to the point. The cleanliness was out of this world. We were greeted with chocolate (thank you)!! The beds were comfortable. Staying here really was amazing and we will be back the next time!!!

Golf Trip

The house was exactly as advertised, lots of room, very comfortable and extremely clean. I will definitely consider renting this property again when I return to the area.

A long planned trip

I've been planning this trip for seven years and could not have asked for better acommodation. This house perfectly suited our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Great base to explore disney etc. Owner was brilliant at communication. Could not be happier

Perfect for big families!

This awesome VRBO served as a post Covid meetup for our multi-state family. The layout was perfect for our elders because of the 2 main floor bedrooms. The adults and kids loved the pool/spa as well as the game room. The fully equipped kitchen definitely came in handy for all of us as well! This location is perfect for dining, entertainment, all things Disney, water parks, Universal, and more which are all super close! We loved the decor, the security, on-site amenities, and attention to detail. Thanks to the owner for their great hospitality!

Best vacation ever

The house was more than we could have wanted. The house was immaculate and the amenities were better than expected. Our host was absolutely a pleasure to comm6nicate with and couldn't be more accomodating to oue every question and concern. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

5 Star Home - great for family vacation.

Beautiful up to date home in excellant condition. My entire family of 13 people so enjoyed this home and all its amenities. We would definitely book with Ralph and Debra again. So accommodating and helpful.

Excellent rental property!

House is exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds too. Bathrooms all had shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. Kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots etc. If you are cooking anything, you need to bring everything you need with you. Probably because of Covid , but there is not even salt or pepper. That being said there was a small supply of K-cups, coffee filters, liquid soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and sanitizer (nice touch).

Exceeds expectations

This home and VRBO owner exceeded our expectations in every way. All the comforts of home, extra clean, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals and the large covered lanai was so relaxing. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and it matched what we were shown on the Vrbo app.

The house was beautiful and clean. The main building didn’t need anything for check in which is not what the paper said. Some of us got a card at the security gate and some did not. That seemed odd to us. Overall, we were pleased with our choice and enjoyed our stay.

Definitely a very nice house.

This is by far one of the nicest homes we have rented in the Orlando area. The house was clean, staged well and organized. The rooms where a very nice size for an 8 bedroom house. The 4 couples all had king size room while the pre-teen all had queen size room. The living/king area provided the needed space for the family to have a meal and enjoy family time. The recreational loft area was very nice, and it provided enough activities on the rainy day and in the evening. But the kids really enjoyed the heated pool while the parents enjoyed the covered patio/lanai. The owners where very responsive and accommodating, we contacted them several time with additional request and they gladly accommodated. My family all agreed that when / if we come back the to the Orlando area we will definitely like to rent this property again. The only downside was there could have been more towels, especially wash clothes, as washing my body and my face with the same washcloth is not something that we do, so we had to wash towels everyday until I finally purchased some extra washcloths. Other than that the stay was great.

Kids enjoyed their stay.

My husband and I came down with Covid just two days prior to our trip. We were unable to come, but our adult children came anyway. They loved the house. They raved about how beautiful it was and the convenience to the parks. They did say if we ever went back to Orlando to stay in this unit again.

Fabulous Thanksgiving family vacation

My family of 18 stayed at this gorgeous home for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving 2021. The home provided a bed for everyone. Ralph, the owner, was extremely responsive to anything that was needed before and during the stay. (He even added kitchen pans and cookware). RJ, the head maintenance guy, came over around 9:00 pm on a Sunday evening (prior to his week of vacation) to ensure the pool and hot tub were heating properly. The home was 20-30 minutes from the Disney Parks. The home is located in a beautiful location as well.

Perfect house

Great home!

Great house ! Awesome owners!

We were there 6 nights with 15 of us there .. all family and the house was a perfect size It accommodated everyone with there own space and bathrooms... which is really important! Wonderful space to hang out with the family and the pool was great ! A short walk to the neighborhood resort area with fun for all and the lazy river was a big hit ! And thank you Ralph and Debra! Great communication and so very gracious ! Totally recommend this house even for large families!

Best Place Near Disney

We have stayed many places in the Kissimmee area. Encantada, Paradise Palms, LIndsfield area and others. This property location, owners and rental company were great. You won't be sorry you stated here. Location to the clubhouse and to Disney parks were very convient. We will be back.
