The villa is located just minutes from Disney World and other world famous attractions such as MGM, Epcot, World of Sport, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld are about 25 minutes drive away. Maintained, furnished and equipped to a high standard located within Hampton Lakes on the US Highway 27, a few minutes south from the junction with US Highway 192. It is only a five minute drive to local restaurants and supermarkets and approximately one hour's drive to the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
A detached two storey villa, comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The villa has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a further three bedrooms a beautiful 13ft X 26ft heated pool with an extended deck, games room and internet PC.
The community boasts communal facilities, two flood-lit tennis courts, beach volley ball, basketball courts, 2 kid's playgrounds.

Clean, spacious, and affordable

We had such a great stay! The house was super clean and had tons of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The pool was warm, sparkling clean, and perfect for hanging out—definitely a highlight! The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get around, which made everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Large house with great accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table in the garage had broken & taped pool cues. We notified the owner, and new ones were sent right away. Wifi worked great for me to work from the house for the month. Traffic was not too bad. We avoided rush hour and I-4. Would rent here again.

Check in and communication were great. Location wasn’t ideal for us but that’s on me. Property is spacious and the pool was wonderful. Definitely recommend the pool heater option if renting prior to April/May. The rental has enough space and beds for ample people however only 2 towels were provided per bedroom. Not ideal if staying more than one night. I prefer not to do much laundry while on vacation but alas it needed to be done if we wanted clean towels to shower with. The property appeared clean at first glance but the under neath of the couch area has not been cleaned in a while. We lost a die under there playing a game and were unpleasantly surprised when we moved the couch to retrieve it. The only other area that needs attention is the ceiling fans. They have a fair amount of dust build up on the blades.

Great home to stay in if you have a big family or traveling with a group. Spacious. Easy access to home. Pool size was perfect. The home was not extraordinary as far as aminities and luxuries, but it had everything you needed. If staying for a week you will need thinga like paper towels, trash bags, ect. I saw a review that recommended bringing your own towels and wash rags. The host is very responsive 10 out of 10 so was the property manager.
