Perfect for Disney trip.

Perfect rental house. Plenty of room for the entire family, Publix 5 min away, and Disney World was 15 min. Emma was spot on with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Definitely recommend this property for future stays.

What a well put together property Comfy and clean. When we had an accident-Emma was so kind and worked with us to get things fixed. Would definitely come back!

Very spacious and clean

My friends and I felt that the house was very spacious and clean. There were a few problems (the AC was set to shut off at 6:00 AM, the beds were a little hard, etc.), but overall we found this listing to be incredibly adequate.

Scamming people out of money

I book this home for my family vacation home was really nice before entering the home my parents told me to make sure I did a walk through video of property just in case I might need it. Well thank God I did the owner tied to accuse me of taking the screws out of the refrigerator handle in the video you can actually see the refrigerator and the handle attached to the refrigerator like it supposed to be not sure why she would think I would take the screws out of a refrigerator handle but the landlord tried to charge me $150 fee for screws missing out of refrigerator handle. She also sent me an old photo which had the date of July 14 which me and my family checked out on July 1. She tried to use an old photo and accused me and my family of damaging her refrigerator handle but because I have an iPhone and she has a iPhone it tells you the date and time when photos have been taken this property is really nice very good area but I would recommend doing a video entering the property and when leaving.

The home was beautiful and easy directions were given. I would suggest a key because the electronic access was a little difficult at times. Emma was very responsive and eager to assist.

The perfect vacation home

My family and I stayed here and it was wonderful. The house looks just like the pictures. It was nice and big. The kids enjoyed the loft area. And the island was perfect for socializing and cooking together. Overall the house was great.

Lovely, Safe and Relaxing

We stayed for about 6 days and the house and area were excellent! The host was very communicative on questions I had and the house and rooms/bathrooms were perfect. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home

My family and I booked this home for Christmas. Let’s just say it was EVERYTHING!! Quiet neighborhood, Beautiful home with all accommodations you need for your stay. Close to all attractions, the owners provide great a customer experience. I most definitely use this home again when we visit! Thanks Emma for the awesome experience

Great Family Vacation

The property was clean, had enough in the kitchen for us to prepare meals (had Thanksgiving here). There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and not be in each others way. The neighborhood was mostly quiet.

Amazing Host Amazing House!

Words cannot describe how fabulous this house is!! It is in the perfect location and it’s immaculate. If you don’t book this house, you will be sorry. The host was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I plan on booking this house again next summer.

Accommodation all that and more!

It was refreshing to have a property owner consider the guest in every way. Start to finish from the printed welcome sign personalized, to cleaniness, to the begin household items, to the possible forgot items container. Keep doing what you are doing! Highly recommended!

Family Retreat

Outstanding. The property was absent of a single blemish, felt brand new! Everything you could want was thought out and provided. The GIANT island was the best. All of us gathered there almost continually. The community pool is almost in the back yard, large and there was never any other guest there, so in essence we had pool to ourselves. It was just a perfect stay for our family, The community was large (we had a runner, a cyclist, a skateboarder, a rollerskater, and a pennyboarder. Thanks again for hosting us!

Excellent property

This was a well maintained property that felt more like a home than a rental. Owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Only downside was lack of a pool or substantial patio, but it's a four minute walk to the community pool.
