Pool heater fee: $30 + tax/day, must be reserved at booking or 3 days prior. Heater should stay on for reservation length (minimum 5 days). Spa heats only if pool heater is on. Operates 7 am-7 pm, temp 82°-88°F. Recommend heat Sept-May.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) to use the grill. Guests exchange propane. Fee covers final cleaning.

LONG STAY CLEANING:
Reservations over 21 days incur extra cleaning fees depending on house size. Regular and mid-stay cleaning options available.

LAUNDRY:
Professional laundry service available. Towels according to capacity; washer/dryer in-house. No washcloths provided.

Overall it was a nice unit, cleanliness could have been a little better in the hard to get areas and showers. Our ice machine worked the first couple of days but after that it would not produce ice. I emailed my contacts and I got a response once or twice and they said they would send someone out, but I never saw anyone and the ice issue never got rectified. I had to purchase around 10 bags of ice during the month. Other than this it was a solid unit with no other major issues.

Nice winter getaway

Nice condo location near 192 and Disney properties, beautiful manicured grounds, and two pools. I plan to stay at this condo for 8 weeks next year:)

Perfect for us!

The location is perfection for visiting any of the Disney Parks with at-least three route options. Just 20-25 minutes to each of the parks in time for rope drop. Plenty of food options near by and Wal-Mart is within 10 minutes.Cute home with plenty of space for two parents with there two adult children and two small dogs. Each upstairs bedroom had a bathroom and there was a good size bathroom down stairs too. The home was clean with only a few things that we noticed upon arrival and we made sure to let the property manager know.There isn’t assigned parking but we had no issues even when coming in late from the parks. The pool is tiny but perfect for our small family. Finding the trash dumpster was a bit challenging but once located we had no issues. They were resurfacing the streets when we arrived so traffic was only one way and a bit comical each morning and evening as it was different each day. The gate guy was great and was fun to see after a long day at the park.Communication with the property manager was beyond great and we would definitely stay at this property again.*the stairs in the home are not for the weak!

Townhouse Close to Disney

The townhouse was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for the week's stay. The place was very quiet and was secluded from street noise. If you want easy access to Disney just fifteen minutes away and a nice comfortable place to stay, this is the place.

Wonderful Place

My family of four and two dogs enjoyed our weekend as guest in this lovely home. My boys absolutely loved the Mickey themed roomed. The location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and store as well as Disney and other attractions.

Relaxing

It was a great place to come back to after a long day. Every detail was thought out for traveling families. While we dont have small children anymore, the items there for use would have been so appreciated for families with littles. I appreciated the neccesities (toilet paper, paper towel, etc) left there upon check-in. It saved us from having to run to the store after a long day of travel. I would stay here again without question!

Lovely Cozy Townhome

This property was perfect for my family of 3 (and our fur baby) for my daughter’s Spring Break trip to Universal Studios. Neighborhood was peaceful and attractive. The townhome was spacious and very modern with added touches to make you feel at home. It was orderly and presentable and we enjoyed it after pounding the pavement all day at the parks. Check in and out was a breeze!

Great place to stay

My husband and I (in our 89s) were there for one week and then our daughter and 15 yr old granddaughter joined us for a second week. Accommodations very comfortable and roomy. We used pool every day but do feel there should be a hand rail by steps for access, especially for us older folk. Our only other complaint, there should be a cheat sheet on how to use the TV Roku and ceiling fan. All in all we would give this condo a 5 star rating and would definitely come back again.

Great property!

Great 41 day stay! We found the place easily from the directions. The townhouse was clean and smelling fresh on our arrival. The entire gated complex is well maintained, we felt safe walking and biking around day or night. The Encantada Resort is a quiet peaceful place that has a neighborhood feel. The condo is well constructed and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and all the appliances are in good working order. Communication is good. During our extended stay things are bound to come up, we needed a couple of minor things fixed and some questions answered. The Magic Vacation team did an excellent job of addressing our requests and were friendly and positive with all we asked. The location is phenomenal! Restaurant choices are endless, entertainment options are endless and close as you want to be to theme parks. There are many options for grocery and retail stores close by. We particularly enjoyed the dipping pool and Florida room for afternoon sunning. We would have booked again for next year, but our dates were taken.

Just what we needed

My son recently moved to Florida and we went to spend a few days with him for an early Christmas. I wanted a place to fit the family (including his dog that he moved with him to Florida) and be home base for our time there, and this was perfect! Plenty of space, very clean, relaxing, with a great kitchen to make meals and the perfect Christmas morning breakfast! It was great to have a bathroom downstairs so we didn't have to keep climbing the stairs and easy access to the back open yard area to take the dog out as needed. This condo was close to and also far enough away from the Disney bubble, so we could access the parks easily but also gave us the ability to enjoy other aspects of the Orlando area as well. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

This house is gorgeous! It was given to us spotless. We enjoyed our stay and the pool. The pool area was also perfect for us. The rules were easy to follow, specially understanding that this is someone else’s property that they want to keep in good condition for others to enjoy it as well. Very well kept property.

Great Location!

We moved my daughter to Disney for the college program. It wasn’t possible to stay on property with all her stuff. We went to parks for 3 days till we moved her in. It was a amazing location about 2 miles from her dorm and 10 minutes from Disney. The pool was great to cool down. Clean spacious and over good experience!!!

Excellent Location and Communication

Check in process really easy. Great communication with owner, responds very fast. All staff are very friendly and supportive. Beds are very comfortable. Really close to parks and 39 nin with traffic to outlets. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Enjoyed out week stay at this townhouse. Loved the private pool, it is shaded in the AM with sun in the PM. About 10 x 10 feet square and 3-4 ft deep. Felt very private since it backs up to the woods. There are trees behind the patio which helps with the sun exposure so it was just right. Pool was optimal temperature for us in June from 2pm-8pm without heating the pool. It was a little cool in the early AM and late evening. Home contains stairs and all bedrooms are upstairs so if that is an issue for you then look for another location. We brought a small travel fan which was nice to have in the bedrooms at night since it is requested that the AC not be set below 72 degrees. AC will freeze up if you try to set it lower than that in the summer in Florida, and trust me you don't want it to freeze up. Beds in the 2nd bedroom were way more comfortable than the King in the Master bedroom. We slept in the King the first night then moved to the two queen beds for the rest of our stay. Temperature of the hot water left a little to be desired, it was way cooler than we prefer. The shower in the master bedroom seemed to be hotter due to the pressure of the shower head vs the 2nd bedroom shower. It was just the two of us so it wasn't because we had used all the hot water. Be sure to bring washcloths with you as stated in the description of the home as they are not provided. We brought a few and washed them during our stay. Overall a great place to stay, very convenient to Disney parks and Seaworld was about 20-30 min drive with traffic. Convenient to all kinds of eateries and shopping, CVS, Target, Publix, Chick-fil-A, Cracker Barrel and plenty of other restaurants and shops. Also Target has a Liquor store just inside the door if that's your thing.

Great location to Disney

This house was the perfect location to Disney and all shopping needs while staying in Orlando. The pool was perfect size to cool off on the hot days. The house was just perfect for my family of 4 and dog. I can’t recommend this home enough.
