Pet Friendly:

•To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow small dogs (maximum of 2). Please share your dog’s breed in advance. A $99 pet fee per dog applies.

• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made .

•If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

Palisades was a Pleasure

we had a wonderful stay at Palisades resort on 4th floor (top floor) . Condo was very spacious/clean and close to Disney amd rte 192. 2 very large bedrooms (with own bathrooms ) kitchen/living room/dining area in between, great for privacy. huge screened in patio, with views of nightly disney fireworks exterior of bldg could have been kept up better. trash/garbage visible as you pull into parking garage, and very messy/scattered around. other than that, property was great and would stay there again.
