A privacy fence offers a secluded area around the pool & hot tub in this quiet community. You will be delighted with the 5* experience we provide for you.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a relativity small, very manicured community built on some hills and lower lands.
We greatly enjoy the very quiet area and minimal traffic. The sounds you may hear in the summer months could be the splashing and child play in other family pools nearby.

Getting Around:
Because we are so close to the majority of the Theme Parks you will enjoy being able to come and go from a general location.
After spending the day time as a tourist you can drive back to a calm peaceful community and jump into your private pool and hot tub before dropping into a memory foam topper bed.

Other Things to Note:
We allow pets but there is a $181. per pet.

Interaction with Guests:
We as Hosts spend the winters mostly in Florida and some time in Michigan during the summer months. However because we have the privilege of having 6 vacation rental homes in Florida that we manager ourselves we do get drawn back to Florida often.
We have the best of both states and one of our best jobs is Hosting wonderful guests.
