Just the right place to be

The unit was spacious and homey. There were a couple things, small things that needed attention but NOTHING that made things less than wonderful. The location was fantastic and easy to get to any park. Parking and the property were great. We had a bit of an emergency and the owner was very responsive and things were fixed immediately. We would most certainly stay here again.

Universal Studios trip

Very spacious and clean. Terrific location, you can see Universal Epic being built from the porch. Resort basketball court and play set is just across the parking lot. Publix and several restaurants next door to resort property. Definitely recommend if you are looking to visit the parks and want a nearby place to take a break and not be cramped into a hotel room.

Location, Space, As Described

This condo is in a great location! We were close to the convention center, which was why we were in town and there are endless restaurant and entertainment options all within a 10-15 minute drive. There was plenty of space in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were communicative and helpful. It was just as described! We were happy with our stay and would recommend. The walls are thin, but that is the only downside. Sometimes you hear the tenants above you or the water running from the unit beside you. Overall a quality stay.

Family Thanksgiving

This was a wonderful property for a family of 3 and 4. The girls (17 & 10) shared a room, my 21-year-old son had his own room, and there were 2 rooms with king beds for both sets of parents. It was a beautiful space. Plenty of room for us all. Nicely decorated and updated. Would definitely stay again. The pool area is amazing; it is very large and heated with a large hot tub.

Disney Trip

The location was good to visit the park. 20 minute drive. The condo was comfortable for 7 of us. It was a bummer the hot tub and pool near us were closed for construction. Kitchen is bare-bones as they mention in the description, but we were only there 2 nights, so we ate out. 3 coffee pots, but only 1 worked, we ended up buying a few filter styles until we figured that out. The complex is nice and felt secure.

Celebration of Family Milestones

Was a great place for making wonderful memories. Clean, spacious, very comfortable. Loved sitting on the patio watching the grandkids at the playground across the road, and the activity on the basketball court. Close to all the important places with many possibilities for dining. Loved it all. However, could you do something about the humidity and heat?🤗

Spacious

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of room for our group of 9. It isn't far from the pool either. The kitchen even had a cork-screw which sometimes is missing from a rental kitchen. My only recommendation is to bring containers for leftovers if you plan on cooking. It makes sense why they don't have any.

Perfect

The property was just as described in the ad. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners. After traveling 3 hours running from a Hurricane it was nice to walk into a property that was ready for use. The only negative was that the previous tenant must have adjusted all the TVs for their use so it took me a little time to get them all back to watch TV. The owners called in to check on us, that was very welcomed and appreciated. Thank you.

Good not great

Property was very nice and as described in the description. It was also very clean upon arrival, spacious with plenty of room for our party of 6. Location is excellent. However, the rental contained bare minimum of bath and hand towels, no cleaning supplies whatsoever, and no basic necessities every other VRBO we've stayed in included (paper products, broom/vacuum, trash bags, etc.) When we reached out to the property manager for extra towels, I was told they no longer manage the property and I need to contact the owner, which was disappointing and confusing as I had received both check in and check out instructions from them during our stay. We still made the best of our stay despite these inconveniences.

Great Location

This is a great location for a trip to Iniversal. Approximately 3.5 miles from the parking area of Universal and took about 10 minutes to get there with traffic. Condo was very large and on the ground floor. Property management picked up trash every day and everyone was very polite. Proprty owner Tom responded very quickly to our inquiry. The kitchen is not fully stocked (only 3 glasses, no muffin pan, etc.) but we used paper plates and cups so no big deal at all for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Get away

Just a quick get away. Nice location. Close to airport. Nice swimming pool. Unable to get in hot tub as too many people already in it and stayed in it whole time. We were in place for an hour when doorbell rang: cleaners came back to say they forgot to clean the fridge. No towels in kitchen. No soap in spare bathroom not soap or conditioner. Floors needed swept including throw rugs. Lot of hair
