I loved that the apartment was close to the gate and that there was a plaza connecting to the property. There were restaurants and a supermarket. The pool area was great.

Great place while working

Clean and convenient location.

Unit was clean. Conveniently located to I-Drive, Grocery stores, and restaurants. There's a strong constant odor in the condo that is not pleasant. The master shower door doesn't close properly.

Superb!!!

The accommodation was perfect. Lots of room. Facilities were great. Close to all the amenities. Very convenient for theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyable. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

Work Trip

I had to stay in town for 10 days and this property was very clean and close to everything that I needed. It was modern and very well equipped.

Great but….

It was a great place to stay. The location was good (everything is close by) and amenities were nice. But the lack of communication with iTrip was horrible you could never get anyone on the phone and the response time through emails was terrible. Would we stay again …MAYBE.

Absolutely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. So much so, this was our second time to book this house because we loved it so much the first time.

Great condo for our family of 5!

We just returned from our stay at this super condo! For our family of 5, it was the perfect size! The beds were comfortable and the table had seating for all of us to enjoy Christmas dinner. It was about 12 minutes from Universal and the drive could not have been easier. Publix and other stores are a short walk from the condo. The communication with the manager was fantastic and we had everything we needed. The only negative is that the condo complex’s trash system is unusual. Instead of having a dumpster or trash room, as is the case with all other vacation condos we’ve rented, there’s a deck box just outside the front door of every condo to put your trash into for disposal. I imagine this system was created to make it convenient to get rid of trash, but it does create a bit of a foul odor in the hallway as you enter the condo complex. Again, this is minor and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to return to this unit sometime this spring and maybe this summer as well!

Good location, lacking some amenities.

The place was great, but a few things would make this place better. - another larger frying pan. One small one for a place that sleeps 6 is not enough. - only two regular size coffee cups. Should have more. - towels were well used. - no covers on the duvets. Since the duvets are probably not washed each time, it’s not a great feeling. - no broom or dustpan for general tidiness during the stay. - charging $10-15 more and including more toilet paper, paper towel and kleenex makes a huge difference. These little things would go a long way to making the experience better. Overall a great location and facility.

Great place to stay!!

Wonderful location and the comforts of what you have at home! My family of 5 loved having the kitchen, separate bedrooms, and living room so we didn't feel cramped as we would in a hotel room. We will definitely book again the next time we are in Orlando!

Orland Vista Cay!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The condo was convenient to all of the attractions. There were restaurants, a grocery store and a drug store adjacent to the property. Everything a family needs when away from home. We are looking forward to going back and staying here again.

Great Space

The place is great. A lot of space and very clean. Being so close to the strip mall was great, a 2 minute walk to the grocery store to get everything needed for the stay and the restaurants right there were great meal options. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great stay

Overall, the stay was great. The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly as described. There was some dirty linens that we received appropriate compensation for. Overall, it was lovely.

Horrible internet, bad shower head, can’t use cell phone inside, pool is half open, flooded 2nd bathroom from upstairs three times, no USPS, Amazon package stolen off front door by neighbor, super expensive for all this?
