Sit back under the warm Florida sunshine and just relax! Watch your kids splash in their own private pool while you`ve got your favourites on the BBQ! Your family will enjoy this beautiful, spacious home with fenced in yard & pool, perfect for a family getaway but close enough to Disney for some fun!

This location is on a quiet street, and is less than a 10 minute drive to a stretch of major shops and restaurants. Make your stay a `Suite` one with this villa from Suite Home Away PM

Accomodation comprises:

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) - with king-size bed, remote Cable 32` plasma TV/DVD and pool view. Suite bathroom has shower with tub

BEDROOM 2 (MASTER) - with two full beds , remote Cable 32` LCD TV/DVD. The suite bathroom has shower with tub

BEDROOM 3 & 4 - each bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, mickey and princess decor.

HOUSE BATHROOM - is located between Bedrooms 3 & 4 and has a bath with shower and tub

LIVING AREA - Beautiful big sofa, 42` plasma TV/DVD

The Dining area comprises of dining table with 8 chairs & KIDS TABLE - dinning table with 2 small chairs

KITCHEN - Electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer
microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and cutlery.

UTILITY ROOM - washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

POOL AREA
Patio furniture table with 6 chairs, 2 reclining chairs with footstools and additional table

Towels and Linen included.

The private pool heater is Not included with the stay. There is a separate fee of $25 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and it`s required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 24-hour advance notice. Pool heating takes some time to warm, so we will be turning the pool heater on a day in advance. If you request the pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee the water to be warm. The pool heat won`t be turning the pool into a hot tub but will keep the water warm and usable. The pool heating fee is non-refundable.
- Please No outdoor shoes in the house.
- No parties or Events
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool

The house was good, but the pool was horrible it had a lot of bugs, I spend a lot of time trying to take them out just so that we could go in it! I was there July 28, 2025 - August 1, 2025.The shower head of one of the bathrooms were broken.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. Home away from home

We had a great stay. Everything stated in the description of the home was exact. We stayed here for the month January. It’s a very nice home and has all the comforts as one. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room. The host Tracy is on top of everything. If you have a question she responds quickly.. So don’t hesitate to contact her. We personally really enjoyed the home. Centrally located for all the Disney parks and all the tourist things you’re looking to do. Close to all the restaurants and shopping centers. We had a great stay in a great home. Thank you Tracy.

Nice House

We stayed in this rental home for two months, February & March, 2024. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire house. Juan, the manager, responded quickly to a few issues we noted. The high points of this house were the 65" large screen Smart TV, and a nice, large pool which was a great way to cool off in after a day outdoors. We found there was no regular cable service on the TV, but the manager had a Spectrum technician come and fix the problem and it worked fine for a few weeks, then went out again. We tried rebooting the system twice, but it didn't work. Fortunately, we had subscriptions to Prime, & Netflix so we were able to watch some programming. I think this home is fine for a week's vacation, but for a longer stay such as ours it lacked basic cleaning supplies like a broom, dustpan, dust cloths. There was a swiffer but I had to buy cleaning pads and refill solution for it and it was quite old and didn't work properly. There was a vacuum cleaner. We were not allowed access to the garage where the owner's supplies are kept, but I managed to get a broom after asking a handyman to see if he could find one. I do feel the house could use some updating, in particular, the mattresses in the two master bedrooms are uncomfortable. These two rooms would benefit from some inexpensive foam mattress toppers. Also some newer bed linens would brighten up the rooms. All in all it's a nice, clean home close to all the attractions, & shopping.

Great property

The house was clean and perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. The kids didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be looking to booking this house again. Only problem was (not sure if it’s because different property managers after we had booked) we had to email them about 2 hours before checking in to get information about getting into the house. They responded within 5 minutes so it wasn’t really a problem. Never got any rules but we just paid attention to when the neighbors took out their garbage cans. The house was very close to everything we wanted to do and shopping and restaurants were all within 15 minutes away.

Perfect spot for us!

This home was perfect for us. We had a group of 9. There’s plenty of space for everyone. We had a few issues while we were there but the property manager was very responsive and fixed everything quickly. We paid to heat the pool and it was amazing! The house is very close to Disney, which is a perk if that’s what you want, but it also comes with a lot of traffic in the area. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice for family gathering

House was just as described and was perfect for our mini family reunion! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Plenty of towels. Perfect location to enjoy universal cocoa beach and shopping! Suzanne was kind enough to let us check in earlier!!thank you !!

An awesome stay

This place was perfect for me and my kids and my best friend. We came to visit family and still had room for cousins to stay the night with us. It’s close to everything and it was perfect, great price and the pool was perfect for my little ones!

Great home and neighborhood

How was perfect size for my husband and I with 5 kids. The kids loved the pool, management responded fast with any issues or questions we had. Neighborhood is quiet and a wonderful walking area with kids! Definitely would stay again.

Okay! But will not book again

I usually don't write reviews but I went off the past reviews and thought we would be okay given that we planned last minute and it wasn't too many house lef for springbreak. Every night we all burned up the house was so hot we was gone during the day so that helped alot, they have a set temp and don't want you to touch it but of course we are in Florida 80° weather and a hot house doesn't make it any better. The bed mattress we're all so hard and very uncomfortable literally every bed in the house . The microwave doesn't spin so it either heats up the left side or the right side of your food . My biggest complaint was that the kids rooms has no TV and that was my fault because I didn't realize that when I booked, I assumed it would have tvs being that this is our 15th year visiting Orlando and every house rented had tv's especially for the kids room. The kids bathroom had 1 roll of tissue so don't forget to bring tissue with you. They have a garbage list for takeout days, bring trash bags because we only had 1 bag for a whole week of stay( we went and bought more) The pool was dirty, but the overall cleanliness of the house wasn't bad at all cuddos to the housekeeper, but for the owner the house is rented every week I'm sure all 12mths a year , bring the house up to par the decor was awful and the couch and pillows were giving off a thrifty look wore out. We made the best out of it because it was booked and a done deal but it's frustrating when the kids are doing more complaining than the parents.

Great Family Stay

Our family of 11 really enjoyed our stay at Eagle Point South. Everyone loved using the pool, we loved that it is fully enclosed so we didnt have to worry about the little kids running off. The property is close enough to all of the major attractions. We did Cocoa Beach on Friday and Clearwater Beach on Saturday, Disney on Monday and Sea World on Tuesday. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working, but the maintenance crew responded promptly and had a new one in place the very next day. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would certainly return.

Very clean and spacious

The villa was very clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. The only complaint we had was the bed was firmer than we were used to. We had a very nice, relaxing vacation.

Got what we paid for

The layout of this home was perfect for 6 adults and one teenager. IIt is spacious and well equipped kitchen. However, the home itself is very dated and in need of a deep cleaning. The pool had a ring around the tile that made us question the last time it had been cleaned and the master bathroom shower curtain (and window) had black mold on it. My husband even cleaned out the over flowing grease trap on the grill. The lawn needed to be mowed. With that said, Suzanne was quick to return my phone call when we called about ants and took care of that as soon as she could. The price however is what made us choose the home. If you want an inexpensive place to stay that is relatively close to Disney (and you can look past minor issues with the home) this would be perfect.

Spacious house in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious just as pictured. The rooms worked out perfectly for us accommodating both the kids and the adults. Having three bathrooms was also a plus. The children really enjoyed the pool. Its location was convenient to get to the stores and restaurants without having to travel too far.
