Contemporary Deluxe 2 Room Disney Celebration Resort Poolside Condo (approximately 540sf) sleeping up to 6 people (same family in 1 bedroom) with Discount Park Tickets, Golf & SPA - Located in the heart of Disney World right in between Disney Celebration & Downtown Disney! We offer the ultimate in convenience, comfort of home, and value. Conveniently located n Disney Celebration surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars and outlet-stores.
For Special Events or Holidays please inquire first and do not instant book to confirm price, availability and options.
Please make sure you have seen floorplan and understand layout, furnishing and size of unit.
We allow max 2 adults and 4 children for one family only. Unit is not set up for multiple adults, multiple couples or more than one family since unit is 550sf.
BED SET-UP:
Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 2 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed-set-up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds).
IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN:
Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home.
We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check-out, maintenance needing to be done, and when future guests arrive.
CHECK-IN
Normal check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival.
This is a private home we do have lots of cleaning to be done and maintenance preparation that needs to be done before you can check-in. We may also have guests checking out the same day you are arriving, so the earliest we can check you in is normally at 5 pm since we need enough time to prepare and clean the home for you. If you are arriving earlier than 5 pm and have a rental car we suggest you keep your luggage in your rental car until 5 pm when we can check you in.
Most important is that our home needs to be completely clean and ready for you before anyone can be allowed inside the gate. We cannot let anyone onto the property before your 5 pm check-in. It is our goal to give you as our guest the best first impression. Thank you for understanding.
CHECK-OUT
Normal check-out is at 11 am so we can prepare home for future guests. You can check with our home caretaker in the morning of your departure to see if she can get you a slightly later check-out at noon for instance (if available). Thank you for understanding.

NOTE: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us prior to making an instant booking. The reason is this is because we do not have any standard rates and most rates are set only for the next 30 days and we normally do not allow Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday stays unless it is last minute booking within a week of arrival. If you stay is a weekly stay the best option would be if you could travel Sunday to Sunday instead. The reason for this is because most of our bookings are weekends Thursday to Sunday and for 6-8 nights this would cover 2 weekends which is 2 bookings for us instead of 1 so the opportunity cost is very high for us. Thank you for your understanding.
