Discover your perfect getaway in our stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house in Windsor Island Resort! With high-speed Wi-Fi, a vibrant clubhouse, and a spacious pool at your fingertips, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.



The luxurious master suite features a king bed for ultimate relaxation, while additional queen and twin rooms, along with extra beds in the loft, make this home ideal for families and larger groups. To enjoy the heated pool, simply let us know 48 hours ahead of time (additional fee applies).



Please note: you must be 21 to book, and we kindly ask for no smoking, pets, or parties during your stay.

Guest Access:

Parking is a breeze with space for up to 3 vehicles per townhouse. To ensure a delightful experience for everyone, please be aware that improperly parked cars may be towed.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Island Resort in Orlando, Florida, is a family-friendly vacation destination with top amenities, including a clubhouse, arcade, and a zero-entry pool with a lazy river. Located near major attractions like Disney World®, Universal Studios®, and SeaWorld®, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Kissimmee/Orlando.



Getting Around:

This property is located 37 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just 20 minutes from Disney World.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**



We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.



**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**



To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



**POOL HEATER:**



There is an additional fee for adding the pool heater. It can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.

*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.

Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"



**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**



- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.

- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.

- Sorry, no pets allowed.

- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.





- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.

The location was the best being right across from the clubhouse. We also enjoyed the pool and having the pool bath. The only downfall was that there were no fans in the house. We also didn't have enough bath towels.
