Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Flot hotel, flot stor pool, god stenstrand. Fint udvalg af mad som man kan forvente af all inclusive. Dog reklamere hotellet med fri is fra kl. 11- 00 , men det vidste sig at der kun var is fra 15-17 og der var kun en slags is. Samlet vurdering er, at det er tættere på 3 end 5 stjerner.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Recension Hotellet är modernt och tilltalande rent estetiskt, men tyvärr lever upplevelsen inte till en femstjärnig standard. Vid poolområdet är det mycket trångt och solstolar reserveras redan tidigt på morgonen, ofta runt klockan 07.00, vilket gör det svårt att hitta en plats senare på dagen. Maten är godkänd, men utbudet känns snabbt enformigt. Efter några dagar blir variationen för begränsad, vilket påverkar helhetsupplevelsen negativt. All inclusive-dryckerna är också en besvikelse då alkoholen inte håller någon högre kvalitet och består av ovanliga märken som man sällan eller aldrig sett tidigare. Rummen och hotellets allmänna utrymmen är visuellt tilltalande, men vid närmare granskning finns flera brister i utförandet. Exempelvis förekommer lösa hyllor, saknade inspektionsluckor, defekta varmvattenberedare olika typer av skador och repor. Sammantaget känns hotellet därför inte som ett genuint femstjärnigt alternativ, trots det fina yttre intrycket. Betyg: 3 av 5 stjärnor.
