Very nice apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a magnificent open view (sea in the distance and golf course). Large 40m² terrace with solar canvas, relaxation area and outdoor dining area. Very large community swimming pool accessible all year round, also with a children's section. The calm and beauty of the neighborhood make it a must. 4 golf courses within 10 minutes by car (Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and Villamartin). La Fuente shopping center 3 minutes away with Aldi, Mercadona stores, more than 20 restaurants, cafes and pubs, pharmacy, vinotheque, baker etc...
More than 12 fine sandy beaches in Orihuela Costa 10 minutes by car.
Countless water activities, golf, tennis, padel, gym etc...
A final cleaning is obligatory (to be paid upon your arrival) and the price is 80€ including bed linen, bath towels.

Amazing apartment!

Really nice apartment, clean and tidy. Furnitures that gives you that ”home feeling” you normally never get on a vacation. Quiet and nice surroundings with a big pool that we almost had for our self. The apartment had all the appliances you can ask for. Loved it!

Urlaub

Das Appartement und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist überragend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es von uns für die Kameras im Wohnzimmer und einen Schlafzimmer. Man fühlt sich immer etwas beobachtet. Wir haben diese dann einfach abgedeckt. Gruß Thomas

A great, spacious very well equipped apartment with views of the golf course and towards the sea. Quiet location but easily walkable to bars and restaurants. A number of really good beach’s within a few minutes drive.

Wunderschöne Lage

Ich und meine Familie haben eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Küche hat wirklich alles das man braucht. Die Bade- und Strandtücher stehen zur Verfügung und sonst alles das man selber zu Hause hat. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell überall unterwegs. Sehr gerne empfehle ich diese Wohnung. Ich macht.

Well above average in fittings and furniture. Great views and quiet location. After initial hiccup regarding directions and access, agent was very helpful and we can recommend this apartment.

What to say ! We were very happy about all of it . We have appreciated the Place itself , very calm with a nice view on the sea and green golf fields . Regarding the house itself we do love it just sized as we want. Well designed and moreover well quality furnished , with a nice terrasse . Comtacts/manager , Tony and Julie were perfect for explanation and advices. So in word , big thanks to the owners : Joelle & Jean- Miche . We will come back next year !
