As soon as you enter the “Terrazas de Campoamor” community, the beautifully landscaped gardens catch your eye. There are two lovely pool areas (with parasols and sun loungers!), a petanque court and some simple play and fitness equipment.

Fancy sunbathing or a shopping spree? A drive of under 10 minutes takes you to the beautiful sandy beach at Cabo Roig or to the popular open-air shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard. The flat is therefore perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches in the area all have ‘Blue Flag’ status, a guarantee of clean and safe beaches.

The flat has two bedrooms (one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single box-spring beds) Of course there's a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious. Cutlery and crockery are provided. With a wide range of appliances – dishwasher, microwave and oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. – you’ll have everything you need for comfortable cooking.

The modern living area features a cosy lounge with a smart TV. And of course, there’s Wi-Fi ;-) A table for four is set up in the dining area.

The south-facing terrace ensures you can make the most of the Spanish sun. There are reclining chairs around the dining table, so you can sit back and relax after your meal ;-)
