Villa JELUCA: A beautiful and spacious villa with a swimming pool

  • Located on the heights of the Orient Bay, a recent villa in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful places on the French side.
    A few minutes from the Orient Bay beach and the village square.
    On the square you will find many bars and restaurants, a tobacconist, a hairdresser, a grocery store (small casino), a beach accessories shop, a theater and water sports!
    You will enjoy the peace and quiet of this villa while being very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

    This spacious 3-bedroom villa has a very large living room, which opens directly onto a huge terrace overlooking the sea.
    After long sunny days, you will appreciate being able to enjoy your evenings in a naturally ventilated place.

    The terrace and pool overlook the eastern bay and offer you a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding small islands.
    The view is magical.

Lovely Villa in les Jardins de Orient

We enjoyed our stay at the villa with beautiful views of Orient bay and the lush hillside - we even spotted a monkey in the trees of the property one morning. Very peaceful and private. Emma our property manager was great !

Our home in Saint Martin was perfect for us. Very spacious and well equipped. While there are neighbours they couldn’t see them and they couldn’t see us. Emma, the property manager was very attentive and quickly responded to all of our needs. Because it is in a gated community up in a hill a car is highly recommended. It was Perfect for our holiday.

Une villa bien équipée, bien situé et avec beaucoup d’espace. La maintenance de la piscine est exceptionnelle. Et que dire d’Emma, tellement sympathique et accueillante. Nous recommandons cet endroit avec enthousiaste.
