「Beautiful property overlooking the sea - well equipped and modern inside with tasteful decor. Wonderful communal pool which was deserted most of the time. Set in lovely landscaped gardens. Have given 4 stars only because it is quite a walk into La Herradura down steep hills - about 20 mins - 30 mins. Because it was so hot and humid (34 degrees and 80% humidity) we didn't attempt it and drove - would have been nice to be able to walk into town to get food but then you would sacrifice the location...

「I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

「Ein rundum schöner Urlaub! Wir sind vom Vermieter und dem Verwalter sehr freundlich empfangen worden- trotz der späten Ankunft. Das Haus war sauber, entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war war der Kontakt sehr nett. Das Haus und der Pool haben eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Lage am Hang erschwert allerdings zu Fuss in den Ort und an den Strand zu kommen. Auto ist empfehlenswert! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank! Haben die Zeit sehr genossen....

「Abubilla is a great property - with plenty of space and well sized swimming pool. Location offers stunning views and is easily accessible (the road is paved unlike most in the area). Trip to Salobrena or Almunecar takes around 30 mins. I liked the internal décor and plants outside, one can tell that the owner put lots of effort initially to make it feel like home. However, the house could do with some TLC. For the price paid, I would expect the property to be spotless clean while it was not....
