「There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. Towels and a shower kit. No kettle or glasses/cups. No cutlery. If I was looking for more than somewhere to sleep then this would have disappointed me. Shame I couldn’t make myself a coffee this morning.」

「The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given.
