Welcome to our stunning, brand-new listing—designed to be your perfect home away from home! Here, you’ll find everything you need to relax and unwind, from a spacious family room to a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry for added convenience. Whether you’re gathering as a family, visiting the area, or just looking for a peaceful escape, this space has you covered. And the location is ideal! You’re close to great restaurants, shopping, BYU, UVU, Sundance, and so much more.

The photos do not show the remodel we have just completed; we’ll be updating them soon with our brand-new look!

This home does have a private legal accessory apartment on the East side of our home. Their entrance is private and is not accessible from the house. They do not share parking or the yard.

The house was clean but it was clear they are in the middle of renovations. I don’t feel like the house was up to code or safety standards. They had outlets without plate covers missing in the kitchen. I was told there was a pack n play but we couldn’t find it anywhere. The light above the crib didn’t have a cover either. They said 2 cars could fit in the garage but it was full of furniture and other household items so only 1 fit. The yard was fine and as described but the grill pictured and the grill that was there were not the same. It was tiny and filthy and there weren’t any tools or the grill. We froze the first night because the thermostat was locked and no one said anything about a code so we thought it was auto set. When we woke up it was 63 degrees. Thankfully the host was prompt about responding to me with a code so we could warm up in the morning but it was still irritating to not be provided with the code up front. The bathroom upstairs tub took forever to drain and the water smelled terrible. The on suite bathroom has a small shower but no curtain so because we didn’t want to get water everywhere we didn’t use the shower in there at all. We tried to use the coffee pot but apparently the pump doesn’t work we waited for an hour and only a couple cups would brew. I’m assuming no one before us has used it because it made a mess. Very disappointing stay and won’t be back. They need to finish their renovations before having more guest imo.

It was the perfect place for our family. Three bathrooms was wonderful. There were beds for all 10 of us. The property manager was wonderful. We will go there again!
