"No. I was given the wrong room I originally booked. They mixed up my name with someone else's name. The bed was comfortable the room was good but it wasn't what I originally booked. They said it was expedia's issue not theirs. "

"It was a last minute stay due to weather and traveling from Idaho visiting family for Christmas and headed back home to Colorado. Very nice hotel older but seems to be being remodeled in sections but nice area and close to shopping, dining and quiet to get some rest. "

"As I walked into a lobby that I had walked into some 40 years before, I could smell the old tobacco and had to negotiate buckets catching rain water. For the next 24 hours I was saddened to think that this special hostelry had been neglected year after year to better a bottom line. I remembered the strong commitment of a Bill Marriott to the guest experience in his hotels and concluded and missed that same commitment in this Wyndham/Ramada brand. That said, the kind ladies at the front desk did their best to welcome us and the room was neatly cleaned."
