Just 5 min by car (20 min on foot) from Orange’s Ancient Theatre, Le Clos du Théâtre is a single-storey 100 m² home set on a private 800 m² plot. Enjoy a private, non-overlooked pool, shaded terrace, charcoal BBQ, hammock & sun loungers—ideal for families, friends or Chorégies weekends.
Layout & Bedding: air-conditioned living room, Wi-Fi; fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee); 3 bedrooms in the house (1 double, 4 singles); main bathroom; separate 20 m² studio with double bed, A/C and shower room with WC. Total capacity: 8 – bed linen & towels included.
Outdoors: non-heated, unattended pool (no overlooking), garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, easy parking in front of the house.
Access: self check-in via key box (code sent before arrival). Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out 11:00 am. For small groups (≤6), the studio may be closed; tell us if you’d like it opened for extra privacy.
Rules: no smoking indoors; no parties; supervise children near the pool; no glass in/around the pool. Pets accepted (please inform us). Final cleaning: €60.
