Renovated room, had a leaky shower head that ran all night. Lacked a seal on shower screen so bathroom got very wet during a shower. Soft comfortable bed. Easy walk into town.

Great location in heart of Orange. Loved the bathroom with shower choices. Travelling alone I chose budget room which was perfect for me, but would be cramped with two people.

Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the bedside light wasn't working. There was a good light directly over the table but for a room that slept 3, there was only 1 chair. We raised the issue of the bedside light with the reception but aside from being told that the light was broken, nothing happened. If it had been easier to read, it would have been a good stay.
