Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Great location directly next door to the Flora-Bama and across the street from restaurants.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 14th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry with a separate ice maker! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

This condo was beautiful ! Super clean, amazing views of the ocean on the 14th floor! The king bed was so comfy and the bathrooms were so nice ! The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Even the couches in the living room were super comfy. The property was well maintained and parking was easy. Will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

Wonderful condo! Everything in condo you could ever need! Very large space for family, comfortable beds, great view. Excellent location will definitely like to book again! Resort is wonderful. Owner provided 2 beach chairs for our use.

It was a good stay with family everything was clean in the unit and for the most part everything worked as it should. However we did have some issues out of the middle bathroom with water pressure and the toilet but just a small hiccup for a overall good experience.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this condo and location. It was completely updated and had amazing views. Plenty of space for 6 of us. We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching dolphins, spending the day at the beach and walking to Flora-bama next door in the evenings. Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing views

The views from the balcony were amazing and the ocean was clear blue by the beach. The sand was also amazing white sand. Condo was very nice and spacious and that room for everyone to do their own thing. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice place, great view and friendly staff. Only thing we had a small issue with was the bathroom in the hallway. Toilet ran constantly and the fan did not work if you wanted to take a shower. Other than that the condo was wonderful.

Excellent beach condo

The condo was newly remodeled and had very comfortable beds, very spacious and a beautiful view. We had a fantastic time even with rain on 3 of our days because we had Flor Bama next door with live music. There are several great restaurants within a mile of the condo.

Amazing views !

I had a wonderful stay ar rhis property the locarion was great and the property was spacious. We had an issue with the dryer and the communication was responsive.and quick. Maintance was there the same day and the problem waa corrected. We enjoyed our stay very much. !

Great condo!

Nice and roomy for 3 adults. Great weather on top of that. Loved the view from being up so high, but just wished we could've stayed longer. All in all, just a comfy stay!

Substandard at best

Well, we were certainly hoping this rental was as good as our stay at Caribe. Boy did it fall way short! Walked in, thought it would be a nice visit, the TV in the 1st bedroom was shattered internally, so it was useless other than using it for background noise. 2nd bedroom was good. Master bedroom needed a new mattress for sure as it had a huge dipped in spot. The main bathroom water pressure in the shower was at a very low rate….the shower door wouldn’t slide as we later found out the roller tracks attached to the doors were broken and wore out. (Maintenance man shattered the glass door so I helped him remove the other door so he could put up a shower curtain) Mold was present on the outside of the air vent. The dryer in the unit took 2-3 hours to dry a load (vent blocked), maintenance man worked on that and determined it needed an appliance repair person to put a new mother board inside it and also cleaned 8’ of the vent. Air conditioning filter was clogged so I scraped away some of the stuff so it could breathe since there wasn’t another filter on-site (air got better for duration of stay) Not all but quite a few of the dishes were dirty, still had food in some bowls with clean bowls stacked on top. Bathroom in the master bedroom had significant mold around the air vent. Also, definitely needs to be noted since nobody knows until they arrive that you cannot smoke OR vape on the balcony. You have to go to the first floor garage smoking area for that.

Perfect location

What you see is what you get. Everything was up to date and in working order like we expect. The condo is clean and ready to hit the ground running when you arrive. This condo is in such a sweet spot also when it comes to restaurants. We honestly besides the interior booked this condo for the view and it did not disappoint. We really appreciate the owners for allowing us to use this gem for a week. Till next time!

Great Family Vacation

My wife, 13 and 9 year old sons, and I spend a week at this great condo. The unit itself was great. There was a little sand on one of the bed spreads but otherwise the place was very clean and as shown online. For the size of the entire condo unit, the beach and building didn't feel terribly busy. Elevators were always fast and available. The beach was very nice and clean. Really the only complaint was not wanting to sit out the balcony due to so many people smoking on other balconies. Overall wonderful stay!

Just what the doctor ordered

This place had EVERYTHING! The condo is as pictured and comes with all the essentials, pots, pans, knives (that were still sharp), keurig, blender, etc. not only did they have the essentials, but they were all new and worked really well. We could not have asked for a better place! The view is beautiful, the condo is beautiful, and we have the best time!

Great beach front condo

Great location and condo, better than we expected from the ad pictures. Our family definitely felt at home in this comfortable, quiet, and obviously recently renovated condo with everything upgraded and new.
