As you enter the condo, you are greeted by the burst of sunshine coming in from the balcony! Immediately to your right is the first of two bedrooms with a king-size bed, flat screen tv, closet space and direct access to the shared guest bath (tub/shower combo). Also off of the entry way, is the full laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. There's even enough room in there to store your beach gear.
Continuing inside, you make your way into the full kitchen, stocked with all of the cooking essentials needed to prepare a fresh meal along with a dining area that will seat 4 at the table and 3 at the bar.
Comfortable seating (with sleeper sofa) in the living room area to enjoy your down time watching the wall-mounted flat screen tv or taking in the views through the sliding glass balcony doors.
Off of the living room is the main bedroom. This bedroom also has a king-size bed, flat screen tv, closet space and beautiful en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a large tiled walk-in shower.
