With so many beach condos being dated, I really appreciated that this condo was renovated for the most part, and had really nice decor. Unfortunately the condo wasn’t ready when we arrived. The cleaning crew didn’t finish cleaning it until 445pm, and they didn’t do a great job at cleaning it. They obviously rushed as they were cleaning and I had to go behind them and clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and found a lot of hair leftover. They forgot to put a comforter on the King bed. There was also a completely broken drawer in the kitchen, quite a few stains on the sofa, and a bunch of mildew on the shower knob in the second bathroom to where the entire knob was black from mildew, in addition to a section of the shower completely falling off. If this unit could do a deep clean, to include the sofas, and fix some of the maintenance issues, it would be a 5 star unit.

Nice place to stay. Clean, easily accesible. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out.
For being a non smoking property we sure smelled a lot of Marijuana. This is no fault of the owner of this unit.

Adult Spring Break getaway
The property isn’t huge but adequate. The kitchen is compact but it worked well for 3 adult women unless we wanted to be in there at the same time. The bathrooms attached to the bedrooms made the sleeper sofa less appealing. Wish there was hall access. But the decor is beach themed, appeared new, and was attractive. The beds were all comfortable. We loved the view and breakfast and lunch on the balcony. None of us remembered beach towels weren’t included and we were disappointed we had to purchase three. It seems like an inexpensive item that could easily be added and make a beach stay more convenient. Not sure what the thought process is for not having towel service at the pool or beach towels with the unit. We thought the facility had nice amenities. The sliding doors need attention. They are very hard to open and the screen on the master is out of square and doesn’t close properly. The tv remote didn’t allow us to change the volume or turn the dish/tv all the way off.

I took my Daughter and Son-Law and my 3 Grandkids
We was there for 4 nights. We had a blast. Could used some more Sun, just little more rain than I wanted but the rain is happen all over the country now. But the Unit we had was great for my family. Will definitely would like to stay there again. Thanks

Property is ok, location is great
Property was ok. Getting dated. Carpet is old and needs replacing. Overall, complex is just getting dated. Don’t rent if you want more luxury experience. View was beautiful and location can’t be beat.
