The well-equipped kitchen features oak cabinets and new countertops, along with plenty of kitchen utensils for your cooking pleasure. There is a dining table which will seat 4. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, large closet, and flat screen TV with DVD player. This wonderful condo can comfortably sleep up to six guests.



This Phoenix building has many amenities as well as shared amenities with the neighboring Phoenix buildings including lighted tennis courts, adult and kiddy pools, indoor racquetball courts, exercise rooms, BBQ pits, game rooms, solar heated outdoor pool, beach volleyball, gazebos and much more.



Phoenix II 2102 offers both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Other Things to Note:

🅿️You must purchase parking pass (up to 2) separate from rental upon arrival to the complex from the front desk. Price is currently $55 per reservation (price is set by HOA and subject to change).





All vehicles parked at Phoenix II must display a valid parking pass.

• $60 per vehicle when purchased before arrival

• $70 per vehicle when purchased on the day of arrival

Guests are encouraged to purchase passes in advance to save money and reduce check-in wait times. Parking passes must be displayed on the driver-side dashboard while parked on the property.
