The condo was the prefect size for me and my husband...we were on the 5th floor and had a good view of the beach.. the elevator didnt work one day but later on ir worked bur we had a great time and will come back soon...thank you for being so informative about everything and thanks for the goodies

Fall break getaway

Nice stay. Harbor Place is a good place to stay. Nice beach, good pool, very good parking, and close to everything. Condo had what we needed. Beachball Properties did a very good job.

It was cozy, had a nice view of the sunset. Main bathroom "door" would never stay fully shut, patio furniture wouldnt work well for small children. Bed very squeaky. Kitchen worked great and plenty of room for cooking. Dishes provided.

Clean, spacious and great location.

Very clean property and spacious for a one bedroom on the beach. This is a quiet property - mainly snowbirds or families with young children during the winter months. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Summertime Trip 2022

We always enjoy our summer beach trip. Your room needs some TLC though. I bought pots and a pot holder for your future guests. There was 1 4 quart pot to use for cooking. There was a few skillets and bakeware pans. The bathroom sink and shower faucets constantly drip. There is a bad recepticle in the kitchen only 1 plug works. The refrigerator is dripping water from the back freezer part into the fridge. And please upgrade the 5 cup coffee maker. Just wanted to be honest and let you all know.

Love the decor and my husband loved the ship picture!

The unit was very nice, cool, liked being on the 4th floor, balcony was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Decor was very nice and felt very much like a beach vacation. We had not been on vacation in 4 years and we had a wonderful time. Need more cookware, kitchen needed restocking otherwise it was A grade. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beach trip 2022

This was our first time staying at Harbour Place. The unit was very clean except for the rug and couches. They were pretty gross. There are hardly any utensils, dishes or pots and pans to cook with. Not even a strainer to drain ground beef or noodles for spaghetti or tacos…thankfully, there a was a pizza pan with holes in it. The grill in the pics on the balcony was so rusted, we were afraid to use it. The handle is barely hanging on. The pics make the living room area look so much bigger than it is. Location was great and overall stay was good. Not sure we will choose this unit again though.

Pretty much as advertised

The good.....this was the cheapest place on the beach that I could find. It was clean except for one area that I'll refer to in the bad. This building is beach front with great access. Check in was easy. Parking was nice. We were able to park in the covered area every night which was a bonus. The location is good. .3 miles to a great state park with miles of trails. Close to restaurants and a wal-mart. Liqour store is across the street. The bad.....the one area not clean was the shower.....the grout is 100% mold.....like I said everything else was clean. You are warned that you only get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish washing detergent, 1 trash bag, and one laundry soap. Yes we were warned, but that's pretty cheap......especially with the dish washing detergent which you are mandated to run upon checkout. The kitchen supplies were pretty weak....a few cups....of which one was melted and one was leaking....a few dollar store frying pans. The electric grill on the patio was pretty scary. Someone mentioned it in a previous review.....I was afraid to even attempt. Last but not least......I specifically messaged Beachball properties to see if the pool was open and construction was done. I was told yes. Construction is still ongoing and apparent.....the outdoor pool is closed. All in all.....this unit met our needs, but isn't up to par with other rentals. Go in with your eyes open and you will be fine. Read all reviews. They are spot on.

Enjoyed the stay in orange beach

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The fold out couch for the kids was a bust- not comfortable or smaller kid friendly in my opinion. No comforter/blanket for the pull out beds. Also no dust pan in the room to help keep the place swept up. Overall the stay was good.

Great time

We had a great time stay here. Location was convenient and unit was clean and well kept. Only complaint would be that there is not an ice machine on the property anywhere.
