Our unit is located on the top floor with an indirect Gulf of Mexico view from your own private balcony. There is a large HD flat screen TV in the living area, and a HD flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a King bed in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit has also been freshly painted and contains a full size washer and dryer. We also have free high speed 5 GHz WiFi!! Wonderful amenities await you at Sugar Beach! The complex boasts recent remodeling and upgrades to the pool areas, freshly painted hallways and stairwells, and a new chair and umbrella service with great daily or weekly rental prices.
