Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master with a Sterns & Foster mattress, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 8.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Dirty condo / beautiful views
The condo was dirty upon arrival. I sent an email and text message and never received an acknowledgment of the condo conditions. We spent the first night washing sheets and towels because they were not clean. Hair on towels that were damp. Hair and stains on toilets that had "sanitized" tape around the seat. Bath mats were wet and disgusting. Beautiful views from the condo. It was a nice location with very easy parking and close to restaurants, etc. Would not stay here again as the property needs a deep clean and has significant wear for a building that is only a couple of years old.
Did have a very helpful conversation prior to arrival with the property manager.

Anniversary Getaway
Spent 2 weeks in Orange Beach. First week was cool and moderately sunny. No rain. Second week was warmer and sunny most days. We all had a wonderful time.

Beautiful condo with outstanding view of the Gulf, beach and lazy river pool from the wonderful and large private balcony. Living area and kitchen were very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just ok, bathroom rugs in master looked dirty and a few white bath & hand towels looked stained. Potholders were not clean either. Parking on 4th floor ramp was great. Appreciated the shopping carts for unloading & reloading. Access to beach was convenient.

well maintained property
Well-managed and maintained property. Would have preferred a bedroom with windows. This was a tastefully decorated property and the parking on the 4th floor was very handy. The view out the windows was very nice.

Nice for Families
This new Phoenix property has all the family friendly amenities that you would expect from Phoenix including lazy river, waterslide and short walk to the beach.
This particular unit was good because you can park on the fourth floor and easily access the condo. Extremely clean and convenient!

Everything went as plan & it was very easy to check in..we were there earlier, so we waited in the Lobby till time to go to room.. very nice lobby..

Beautiful Condo
We loved staying here! The unit was beautiful and so clean. The view was gorgeous! The pools splash pad etc were perfect for our girls! Fun place at a great location!

Great location and beautiful view!
We loved our stay at this condo. Views were great, condo was beautifully decorated and clean, plenty of space for our 6. Very convenient parking with the 4th floor condo and parking garage. Highly recommend!
My ONLY suggestion is changing blinds in the bedrooms to keep rooms dark overnight/morning, but I assume owners will be because they looked like the temporary kind. We were the first renters of this condo.
