A beautiful relaxing Beach trip. From WNC to the Gulf. An amazing view. A great Condo close to everything. The Angry Crab was delicious! After all the sea food we could stand, we ended it with the Diner, A pristine place, excellent fried pickles and burgers... This place is perfect!!!

This matter isn’t directly pointed at VRBO, more so at Phoenix Properties and the front desk management. We arrived to check in and the person at front desk was rude, non engaging when she discovered that we did not reserve our stay directly through Phenix. We observed other guests who checked in (I can only assume they were direct guests of Phoenix) and they received much different hospitality and welcome. The condo was good, I wouldn’t rate a 5 star as the bedding was old, white sheets worn and stained, felt dirty. Bed not comfortable.

My husband and I had a great stay in this condo! It was just the two of us, but this one bedroom would also be great for a family with 1-2 children because of the pull out couch! The condo was very clean and had a great balcony view of the beach. The location was great and very close to all restaurants in the Orange Beach area. We will definitely be booking again!

Location was wonderful. The room could have used a deeper clean. The bedroom blanket and sheets didn’t look like they were washed. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. We liked there were beach chairs and toys included, but wish those were advertised so we didn’t bring our own.

The unit is beautiful and very well maintained. This is our second time staying with the renter and they have been very easy to work with. My only complaint with this property is they could do a better job cleaning elevators, windows and doors that go in and out.

We loved the beach view! The unit is really old and needs updating! The bed and pillows are not comfortable! And honestly the place needed a better cleaning! There was built up dirt on all baseboards, and hair literally on the sheets!

It was a very nice and quaint condo. It was perfect for my little family. We used the pull out couch for my daughter (more for kids than adults) and had plenty of room for my son’s pack and play. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessities we needed! Would recommend this location and would book it again.

Nice Overall

Nice location, nice view. But, I must chime in with other reviews regarding the linen & sofa. The linens & towels were stained, dingy…a bit unnerving when you’re away from home. Whichever company does the cleaning & linen needs to step it up a bit. IF we were to book again we’d bring our own linen, but who wants to do that? And time for an updated sofa. Again, nice overall.

Overall, the condo was nice and served its purpose for our trip. We had a beautiful view and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I would say the cleaning company could have done a better job. Upon arrival, there was hair left in the bathroom drawers. The closet floor was filthy and the extra pillows were stored on the floor of the closet. We did not use them because they were dirty, as well. The extra blanket was crumpled up at the top of the closet so we didn't use it because we weren't sure if it was cleaned or not. Some of the furniture was stained.

Unit was beautiful. I feel like the cleaning crew needs to inform property owner as things should be “refreshed or replaced” The linens were terrible. There were obvious soiled spots all over the comforter. The towels were stained and falling apart. And the inside shower curtain was nasty- covered in black mold. I ended up pulling comforter off the bed and going to walmart to purchase towels and a blanket.

Stayed entire month of March

Generally good. Cleaning of unit could have been better.Floor was dirty under TV with dust & food debris. Entertainment center was dusty.Bathroom light fixture was loose on the wall and only 2 lights out of 3 worked. One would go on & then off. Toilet needed to be updated. Kitchen garbage can was broken, needs to be replaced. One electrical outlet in kitchen was loose to the wall. The view was great. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen layout was nice & had a great view of the ocean.

A Last Minute Weekend Getaway

We booked very last minute but the listing was as described. The condo could use a deep clean as dust was located on some surfaces. The sofa and pillows were not the most comfortable, and down feathers kept coming out of them. Other than a little dust and a scratchy sofa, it was a great weekend.

Orange Beach Phoenix VI Condo

Overall, the stay was very good for the price. It's an amazing location and all of the condo staff were great. I'm giving a 4 overall because the couch is in terrible condition! It really needs to be replaced. It's barely usable to sit on because it sinks so badly in the middle. I'm glad we read all the reviews, so it wasn't a shock. We needed the couch for one of us to sleep on and it was horrible. The two arm chairs are old, but still serviceable. Also, all of the pillows are old and stained. Bring your own pillows. And, bring an air mattress if you need more than the bed.

Location!

The condo was well furnished. In a great location too with restaurants and shopping nearby. Access to the beach and pool was very convenient and close. The unit needs a new couch (sags down to frame when sat upon) but otherwise it was great!
