2024 Vacation

Lei Lani Tower is our favorite place to stay when vacationing in Orange Beach! The condo and property was fantastic.

Girls trip

Nice condo - could use some updates. Had issues with the toilet but it was fixed the next morning. Parking is horrible - not enough spaces!!

Orange Beach getaway

Condo was just as expected. Managing group responded quickly to all needs. I will say that I have seen a past review negatively about the fridge. We had problems with it as well. We had spoiled meat due to it not cooling at ALL. I highly recommend the owner spend a bit of their earnings and purchase a new fridge.

A wonderful holiday weekend!

We had a great trip with family! The unit was very nice and beautifully updated. The view was great too! We did have the refrigerator break while we were there and some of our food went bad, but they did send a maintenance person to fix it as soon as they could.

Beachfront property at a great price!

This unit was located in a condo in a great location if you are looking for a little more peace and quiet than the super high-rise condominiums. It is an older building, and the biggest issue we had was that the elevators at the building were pretty sketchy. There are a few minor inconveniences, but for the price, this was a great place to stay and we truly enjoyed our time here! Gulf 2 Beach was great at communication when we had any issues, and we would definitely book another unit through their management in the future.

Host Cancelled on us one week before we were supposed to go. Refund now takes 15 days to process.

This host cancelled our stay one week in advance. This shouldn’t be allowed.

Our New Favorite Family Condo

Overall a great condo. The furnishings were generous without overcrowding and the decor was well-done. Outdoor furniture was more than adequate for our group of 6. I have been coming to Leilani Towers since the mid 1980s and have stayed in many of the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units over the years and this will be my first choice next year. I have stayed in this unit several times before and really appreciate the changes since my last visit. I do hope that the missing refrigerator door shelves are replaced by then as it would make organizing and finding items easier.

Beach, sunrise, sunset….

You can’t beat the view to include dolphins, pelicans and other birds in a feeding frenzy. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and while we love the unit, it always has appliance maintenance issues. They are good about responding and almost all has been taken care of. We do recommend a new refrigerator and stove at this point. And fix the bi-fold door track in one of the bedrooms.

Beach is the best Vaca

We love this end of the beach, so location was the biggest positive. The unit was clean, and we loved having an extra bed in the spare bedroom. The space overall was perfect for us. Besides the dryer not working perfectly and the struggling ice machine and the parking spaces being a little too tight, it was a great stay. We appreciate the check in process, which was very professional as well.

Great condo.

The condo was very spacious for our family. Great location and quick walk to the beach! Outdoor pool very nice! Loved the condo overall. Our only issue was both full beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses should be replaced.

Needed a lot of TLC for deeper cleaning, and maintenance. Great lay out for 3 bedroom, 3 bath and wonderful for beach, gulf view and access.

Lovely view

This unit has wonderful views and is spacious for 2 and a couple of short time visitors. It does need some improvements which would not be too expensive to do and would enhance the unit. Master bathroom drawer, bi-fold doors in bathrooms off the track, probably a new stove, and replacement of rusty dish drain. The kitchen sink drain is rusted as is the portable dish drain. A little wall paint to cover places scraped. We are enjoying the place but feel a little attention to it would be nice. Some baseboards could be upgraded. They make bathrooms look dirty even though they are clean.

Great location; clean, comfortable, and safe

This property was a great deal! Located directly on the beach, the ocean views and sounds were exactly what I was looking for. This building is older than many of the condos around, but this unit has done a great job updating furniture, bedding, etc for more modern times. The building itself needs some renovating and structural work done. This condo was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a less expensive place on the beach that is very clean, this is a gem!

Girls trip

The room smelled musty upon arriving. It’s in need of an update that the pictures don’t show. Basic upkeep would help. All the towel racks were broken. The pool was dirty and there were random nails laying on the sidewalk. Overall it didn’t match the description and price we paid for it. We still had a great time.

Nice condo in Orange Beach

The condo was nice, and accommodated 6 adults. The balcony view, access to the beach and closeness to the ocean were amazing! However I agree that the condo could use an update. The master bath still has a shower/tub condo, the kitchen faucet leaked just a little bit, and the ice maker did not work consistently. But the fridge and freezer are nice size to store food & drinks for a few days. The only other comment is about what is provided initially in the condo. There is only 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod & 1 laundry pod given, so bring more if you need it. But overall, a very comfortable condo for our weekend stay at Orange Beach.
