    The Space:

    Located on some of the best beaches available, guests staying in Bluewater 1205 will love the view from the large, private, Gulf-front balcony overlooking Orange Beach, Alabama's sugar-white sand and blue-green waters. This beach condo features an inviting living area where you and your friends and spread out and relax after swimming your day away. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious beach snacks and meals. This ground-floor getaway also gives you access to shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a convenient hot tub to soothe your muscles after spending your day at the beach, and a well-equipped fitness room!



    This waterfront vacation rental provides an unbeatable location near the beach; all you have to do is step outside your condo and walk a few meters until you can dig your toes in the sand. Don't feel like cooking? You'll have plenty of local restaurants nearby. Make sure to take the kids to The Track eight miles away so you all can race each other at the fun-filled go-kart track or roar with laughter at the bumper cars track.

We love coming to this area for our family vacations! Great location and right on the beach. Very comfortable beds & power showers!Owners do a lovely job with decor! Very clean!Would’ve liked to had a few simple things like tea and coffee available maybe some spices salt/pepper etc; We loved the private balcony!We would stay here again!Highly recommend The Salty Pearl boom boom shrimp Happy hour 3-5 & Papa Rocco’s pizza!And E bikes were fun as well!

Beautiful beachfront condo with an amazing balcony!!

Beautifully decorated condo right on the beach. The balcony is set up perfectly with comfortable furniture and an amazing view! Condo was clean and furniture was very comfortable. We really liked this place and will stay here in the future.

Great condo!

I have stayed at several condos and beach houses before and I really like this one. I will stay here again. It was clean and nice to stay in. Close to restaurants and shopping. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. The place has everything you need.

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was so nice. I would recommend a good deep cleaning (especially the ceilings around the a/c vents). We really enjoyed the balcony when we weren’t at the beach. Just a fabulous place.

Orange Beach 2024

We were there for my grand-daughter's softball tournament. The condo definitely met and exceeded all our expectations and we will for sure try to book again next year. It was just as described and the deck was the deciding factor. We loved the view and being able to relax there. Also having the recliner was a plus for my husband.

We have been coming to orange beach since 2016. This condo surpassed all the other condo's that we have stayed at. We are going to book it for next year. We would give it a 10+!!!!!

Awesome atea, good views of beach, great balcony !!!

Very nice place, located right on beach. Had to purchase unbrellas and beach chairs, that were either not put out for us and/or were so far away from Blue Water, almost wasn't worth the trek. I like the idea of not having to clean everything before leaving, just make sure dishes are washed dried and put back on place

Great location

Loved EVERYTHING about this condo and would stay here again! The staff in property were fantastic. Only issue was communication with the management company (Vacasa). Emails sent in advance with questions were never answered and hold times when calling were over an hour.

2 bedroom beach front condo

The unit itself was exactly what we thought it would be and had great spaces for us all, however communication with Vacasa was Impossible. Received a number from them to text with any problems and concerns and they would never reply. The unit is wonderful and the view and beach access are perfect, but don’t expect any help if anything goes wrong.

Elevators and small units

We got stuck in the elevator three times over our week stay. I contacted management and alerted them to the issue. It was never fixed because other guests had the same issue. Also, being inside the elevator for any amount of time, there was no air flow. The trash and maintenance area is an eye sore, it’s directly on the path walking back from the beach. Our condo was clean and pictures were accurate. We did enjoy the smaller condo building size related to the amount of guests on the beach. But, the condo is small for what we paid compared to others we have stayed at in the past. The large balcony was nice, beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issue with noise from other condos. The elevators being spotty about working was an issue, since we were on the 12th floor. We took the stairs many times over our stay.
