Harbour Place is the ideal location for low-density vacationing while still being minutes away from your favorite restaurants, shops, and night life. You will be amazed at how this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has been tastefully decorated and updated to provide all of the comforts of home, as well as the luxuries you desire. With beach views from the balcony, you are minutes away from the gulf. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, grilling area, and covered parking.

Both bedrooms and living room have mounted televisions with Roku streaming devices so you don't miss your favorite shows. Master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps four with the queen-sized bed and additional twin bunkbeds. The living room also has a queen-sized pull out couch, which allows this unit to sleep 8 comfortably. The unit has fast wifi, and an echo dot for your music enjoyment.

Beach vacation

We arrived 06/15 checked out on 06/19. I never got the email with the code to enter the condo. Once we arrived and I still did not have the code I called the property manager Will at 4:04 pm. I had to leave a message. I then emailed him & ask that he please send the code we needed in the condo. We waited a little while & another family member called Will & he answered. He provided the code & said he saw the email sent days prior did not deliver to me. The next morning of 06/16 I was already trying to enjoy coffee on the beach and someone with the condo knocked on the door and woke up my family at 7:00 am which included two children. They wanted my car moved back four feet or moved from the underneath parking area. My family member had to get dressed and come find me on the beach because I had the key. I moved and then saw a lady talking to others about moving their vehicle back four feet for a pipe being replaced. I ask her why we weren't told prior to the morning the work was happening. She ask me who I was renting from and I said Vrbo. She stated she sent an email a week prior stating work would start the morning of 06/16. On 06/17 the fire alarms in the building going off at10:45 pm. We had to wake children up again & get ready to leave the condo. Took the stairs to get out of the building. Once outside I called Will & ask if we had to wait for the fire department to clear the building. He assumed & did state he would call a board member. He did text me back info.

Amazing location!

This was a perfect central location. The beach is within steps of the condo. The indoor pool was great for the chilly days. This is exactly what I came for!

Great stay

We had a short stay going there for a jimmy buffet concert. The property was nice, exactly what it looked like online. Was a great location. We had one small issue with a door handle, but property manager was all over it and had a maintenance guy there to fix it the next day. If you are looking for a nice unit in a great location, I would highly recommend.
