Great place to stay

The only improvement would be to put a smart tv downstairs so that guests can use their online streaming services as needed. Difficult with college football bowl games & no ESPN downstairs.

Amazing

Overall property appears dated, elevators are in need of maintenance and run really slow but I enjoy staying at sugar beach!! The location to the beach, all the pools and the sugar shack is an added bonus! The condo was clean and just what my aunt and I needed! It was an amazing weekend!

Great service. Fair condition of property

Property being 50 yrs old was in bad need of repair, which is an ongoing process, (I understand this.) Upstairs TV didn't work by Vacasa tried to help, with no success. only 1 elevator working. Overall condo was a 4 out of 5. Vacasa was 5 out of 5. Will recommend them for future vacations.

Birthday trip

Took husband to orange beach for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect. Only recommendation would be need to put pull string on fan upstairs because we would like to have used it but it is on high.

Mini vacation

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The peekaboo view of the ocean was just enough. The condo was clean and even smelled clean. Will definitely stay here again.

It was just okay.

Everything was okay except the filthy sofa that was in our unit. We could not even sit on it because it was just gross. We called Vacasa x 2, who promised someone would bring us linens to put on the sofa so we could use it. They never came. We found an old comforter in the upstairs closet that we placed over the sofa but it smelled bad. We never got the linens for the sofa; therefore, my guest had to sleep on the stinky comforter on a closed sofa sleeper (we DO NOT share a bed and no one ever brought linens for the fold out sofa after 2 calls). TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will never use this unit ever again, will never use Vacasa again because apparently they do not check into who their clients are and if they check on their own units.

Do not stay here

The property was nothing like the pictures. The building was nasty and elevators didn’t work. The pool decks looked terrible. The rooms bathroom didn’t even work and was very outdated the couch was disgusting. Will never stay again. We ended up leaving early

We look forward to returning in the future!

My husband and I came with our two small children. We had the best, most relaxing time! Only one elevator was working, but it did not inconvenience us much. We took the stairs located close by, since it was only 3 flights. We got our workout in over 4 days! All 3 of the pools (the one on the other level was closed)were a huge hit for our family! They were well maintained and a lot of lounging chairs available. The bed upstairs was comfortable and we loved having the extra bedding for the kids. There isn’t a lot of room for an air mattress up stairs for out little ones, so we just made them a spot next to us on the floor. The shower pressure and hot water was also great! We never ran out of hot water water. The washer and dryer worked great! It rained for a couple of days, so having the covered parking below was nice. Expect to pay parking. Everyone at the facility was very nice! Check in was super easy. We would love to visit this place again in the future!

Trip to the Gulf

Easy on line booking . Up to date emails and text with accurate info. Property was a bit dated for the price. King bed mattress squeaked when sat upon the side and sagged in the middle … Downstairs sofa lacked comfort for relaxing. Kitchen was good and complete. We had plenty of clean linen, after we had to report that the bed was stripped and unmade when we arrived. That was a downer. Carpet needs attention … can’t tell if it’s clean or not with the nap and color . It’s worn. Wouldn’t rent this unit again .

Run Down

Was very disappointed with this unit and complex overall. Would not recommend for more than 2 people. The couch was disgusting, had to put a sheet over it to sit on. The Sleeper Sofa was unusable and had to go buy an air mattress and bedding. The bedding in the closets was dirty. The curtains, bathroom ceiling and items in closet had mold on them. Highly disappointed

Great stay

We really enjoyed the condo. Everyone we met was friendly and the security guards were very helpful. With 3 pools, nothing was ever crowded. The room was the perfect size and layout.
