    Four Seasons 402W



    The Space:

    Four Seasons amenities include 24 hour security, free WIFI, 2 pools (one indoor and one outdoor), sauna, fitness room, boardwalk, 2 outdoor showers for sand removal, and the only private fishing pier on the Alabama Coast. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent or you may bring your own. There are 70 units serviced by 4 elevators. It is in the heart of Orange Beach near restaurants, shopping, the state park, hiking trails, go carts, mini golf, golf courses, and much more!!



    Things to Know

    Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!Check-in: Our check-in was delayed a few hours due to circumstances beyond the property’s control, but management was communicative, apologetic, and even offered another place to stay for the night. Their customer service was excellent.Accommodations: The condo was beautiful with an unobstructed Gulf view that was amazing to wake up to. Two bedrooms and the living room opened onto the balcony. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with cookware, including stock pots, cutting boards, a blender, toaster oven, and our favorite feature—a separate ice maker for filling coolers without using the refrigerator ice. Minor issues included no hair dryer, one bed missing pillowcases, and only two flat pillows on the king bed. The balcony furniture was rusting, and a lounger or bar-height seating would better enjoy the view without the rails from the patio.Pool & Beach: We loved the private pier, which provided both privacy and shade throughout the day. The pool was nice, but the restroom could have been cleaner, and the pool deck accumulated sand and debris during the week. A quick evening sweep would make a big difference.Location: Perfect! Close to restaurants and attractions without the heavy crowds and traffic of Gulf Shores. Overall, a fantastic stay with only a few minor improvements needed.
