We’ve been coming to this Orange Beach property for over 20 years, and it continues to be a favorite. The grounds are well maintained, security is strong, and the amenities—especially the indoor heated pool and multiple outdoor pools—are excellent.This particular unit is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue at check in and the owner was super responsive. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and overall it met our needs. There is some typical wear and tear, but nothing unexpected for a beachfront rental.Two issues stood out during our stay. First, the refrigerator is a very basic model without a water dispenser. For a family, having filtered water readily available is a needed convenience, and every other unit we’ve stayed in at this property have included that feature. If you stay here be prepared to buy a lot of water. Second, the living room TV is *quite small* with no sound bar or external speakers, in a very large room, making it difficult to hear. We’re usually very active and don’t watch much TV, but we enjoy an evening movie on vacation. Also, with stormy and cold weather during our stay, we spent more time indoors and this became a very noticeable limitation. Given the higher nightly rate, these felt like surprising omissions relative to the otherwise strong quality and price of the property. Overall, still a solid stay, but a few upgrades would significantly improve the experience.
