Summer House Unit 102A. This ground-floor condo faces the Gulf and sits right on the Summer House lawn, adjacent to the two beautiful pools. Just STEPS from the beach, enjoy the view and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, covered patio. Inside, this rental features a cozy living area, spacious dining area, and a bright, well-equipped kitchen. This 3-bedroom unit has three queen beds and one king and can sleep 8 comfortably. When it's time to have some fun on-site, Summer House offers a number of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sandy playground, tennis courts, sauna, gym and much more.
What's nearby:
Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at the Wharf, just six miles away. Enjoy Beach front dining with live music every night at Coastal, less than a mile away. Arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your rental. Parasailing, jet ski rentals and pontoon boat rentals on the bay side. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, just 16 miles west.

This was a hidden gem and perfect for our Bible study girls trip! I hope we can stay here again next year! The pool is close, the hot tub is huge and the beach is just beautiful! The condo had everything we needed to cook dinners together, and the beds were comfortable. There were lots of big families staying in the building while we were there, and I was a little worried it might be noisy with the pool being right off the patio, but inside the condo it was very quiet! Can't wait to come back again! *We had two surprises, first, parking cost 50/car, I didn't see that in the listing when I booked it, not sure if I missed it or if it didn't say it, but just FYI. Second, the floor in the kitchen area was pretty sandy and had a few coffee stains when we got there, but everything else was very very clean, so we swept and wiped up the stains and went on the enjoy our stay.

Perfect location!

The unit was beautiful, and the location right next to the pool and beach was so convenient. Gave the feel of a private beach house with the amenities of a condo. We loved being able to run into our unit easily to use the restroom or grab snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great time! Upon arrival, we noticed that the counters were dirty and the countertop ice machine was moldy - so that was a bit offputting at first. Beyond that, the unit was comfortable and a great location. We really enjoyed it.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was as described- close / very convenient to the beach and pool . It was also clean and equipped with most items in the kitchen etc for our use . There was , at this time , maintenance work on both buildings that closed part of the parking lot , causing some parking in the overflow lot across the street - our condo owner was not aware of this and was accommodating with our parking passes etc Overall , we had a great vacation

Great place

Location was great, very clean . Only negative thing I can say is the ice maker was broken. If it had been the middle of the summer, it would have made a impact, but this time of year, it was not a big deal.

Just okay

The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we found roaches in the cabinets and dead roaches in the floor. We reached out and they did offer to send someone out to spray. Our friends stayed at another unit in the building and it felt a lot cleaner.
