Relaxation with a view! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo could be your next vacation oasis! With tile floors throughout, the living room iswith two new leather recliners and a queen size sofa sleeper with comfortable beach decor and a 55-inch Smart television, which allows streaming from Netflix, Amazon and others. The TV is mounted above a table holding books, a stereo system, and a DVD/BlueRay combination. Two end tables with a matching coffee table complete the space.

The kitchen is fully furnished for the family chef with all stainless appliances, extra countertop space, and natural wood grain cabinets. The dining area has a large oval wooden table with six chairs. You might also choose to dine on the balcony that has a table, four chairs, two chaise lounges, and the spectacular beach view.

The master bedroom has a wicker king-size bed with matching nightstands on each side and a six-drawer dresser that holds a 42-inch flat-screen high definition smart television. The master bathroom features a seashell theme with a single vanity and a beautiful walk-in tile shower with glass doors.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a nightstand, and a mirror dresser that holds a 32-inch flat screen television. The guest bathroom showcases a palm tree theme with a single vanity and a combination bathtub shower.

*Please note: Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson's Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Location location location!

This condo is as pictures it is directly on the beach! We viewed dolphins from our balcony every morning. There were little to no crowds on the beach or at the pool. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. This condo could use some updates furniture as the couch and chairs are worn and the headboards in the kids room are all but fallong off. The Netflix would not work but overall it is a nice condo with a great view. You can see many other balconies from your balcony but we never felt crowded. The staff is friendly and there are many restaraunts very close by, some right across the street. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, we may have found our new vaca spot!
