気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Upon arrival, unit difficult to find, not clearly marked and entry code instructions left out # to workLiving Room: dirty stained uncomfortable chairsDining table: full of crumbs in between slats of woodBathroom: towel racks missing, filthy baseboards, toilet plunger had toilet paper stuck to it and was on floor (obviously used and not sanitary)Master bedroom: old uncomfortable mattress, electrical panel wires exposed/ hole in wallPatio: Sliding door doesn’t lock & extremely hard to open/close, 2 patio chairs missing (family couldn’t sit together)Extra bedroom: Old uncomfortable mattress, dirty lamp shade, dirty old box springs, scrapes on wall and holes that should be painted and filled in, no chain for ceiling fan Kitchen: dirty dishes in cabinets and poorly stocked kitchen with old worn out pans, half of toaster filaments outIntake vents covered in dustUnit not true to photos at allOverall, unit needs updating: fresh coat of paint, deep clean and new furniture and supplies. Only positive is the AC and washer/dryer worked and view from balcony was nice. No roaches until one came out as we were packing to leave. Need clear description that climbing stairs are required to carry in luggage.
