    The Space:

    This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants right across the street! Take in a movie or concert a short distance away at the Wharf or take one of the many charter boats just down the street. This is a large condo located on the seventh floor that has enough space and privacy for everyone. The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen, with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

    There are limited parking spaces. Parking passes are paid for online to the HOA. You will receive more information in your guest portal. If there are no parking spots when you arrive, please park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. You will need to go to the front desk; there is a fee to park at the hotel.

Good location!

It was a good place to stay and we loved being able to take our dog… very important for us. Good location and they provided everything we needed. It was clean enough, but a little more attention to some spots would have been good. We would stay again.

Excellent unit

Excellent unit. Stayed a week. Love the Silver Beach property and dog friendly. Easy access to parking and carts. Very clean common areas. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Extended Weekend Trip

Place was clean, loved the balcony with glass rails that did not obstruct the view. Second bedroom was a bit small, but we didn't use it. Plenty of space for everything. Really nice place, we plan to return soon.

We had an amazing time, the property was beautiful checking in and out was simple, my only complaint if there had to be one I felt the balcony glass was a little dirty and it took away from the amazing view! Otherwise it was perfect!

Out short winter getaway

We enjoyed the property from the booking to every part of the stay. The cando was clean, cozy, comfy, and easily felt like home away from home. We enjoyed it so much we already have a second stay booked! Loved that the master bedroom had access to the deck and that we could see the ocean from the room!!

Location was great…. Close to the beach. Cleanliness not so good, floor was dirty when we started cleaning up a spill, hair in the bathroom, and found undies in the closet that weren’t ours😳

Very nice place, clean nice beds. Building is in good repair. The only downside because of the angle of the building we couldn't see the sunset from our room.

Great beach

Everything in this unit works great. This is my second year of staying in this same unit. The beach front is fantastic. Location is best on the beach with restarants and stores within walking distance.

Loved the view

I had to reach out for pool code, was answered almost immediately. Very good service. Loved the view, it was awsome. Would stay here again. It's so close to groceries and several places to eat. Loved that it was pet friendly. We take our fur baby everywhere.
