Great Location!!!

We had a great stay at the Phoenix!! Kids had a great time in the pool. We went during the 1st week of April, the beach water was very cold. Great time was had.

Great Location and Price!

We really enjoyed the spacious condo, with plenty of things for all ages to enjoy! The waterslide for the tween and teen on the trip was a favorite as well as the lazy river enjoyed by all. The premises and room were clean, staff friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Beautiful Condo-TLC Tweaks

Condo was beautiful and roomy with an awesome view. Met the new owners by the pool great couple that wanted us to list anything as far as updates so they could know so here is our suggestions:Fix the dishwasher doesn’t work we turned in a repair ticket but it was never fixed which was a glitch for our party of 7 of having to wash dishes. Replace pans everything sticks in them ruining your meals. Install dark curtains on the master bedroom French doors to accommodate sleep. Put in a keurig in kitchen. The double head shower in master bath is awesome.
