「This was our first VRBO experience. The property was the perfect location. The accommodations were the perfect size, spotless, and suited all our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. We also enjoyed meeting all of the animals (cows, ducks, chickens, Guinea hens, Ferdinand the donkey, and Nix, the family dog, who was the sweetest girl). Communication was excellent. 「I really like this place. It’s quirky and on the third story. But I loved that. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood in Cleveland Heights before. There is a great little commercial area just a few blocks away with fantastic coffee, shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland. I also really enjoyed the map theme that turned out to be an extra bonus. 」

「The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cookware, baking dishes and pans and utensils. There was even plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. The area is very quiet.Unfortunately, my stay was in the middle of a snowstorm with more than 15” of snow. There was nothing on the property as far as a broom or shovel to remove the snow. When I texted the host she really didn’t offer much of or any solution other than to say that I could call a tow truck if...
