The room was clean, lots of shops and things to do nearby and the pool was very quiet which was great. Big downside to our stay was the fact we arrived to the hotel at 2am but was given the wrong code for the door. We tried the emergency number but the staff member who answered hung up on myself and my partner several times. We were stood outside the building for almost 30 minutes, trying to gain access / get help from the emergency contact number. Eventually they replied and told us the correct door code and all was okay. Not a nice experience, lots of drunk people around us whilst we tried to gain access to the hotel after a long travel day. When I told the receptionist the following morning, I didn’t get any sort of apology just “oh okay”. Something to be mindful of if you’re looking at an early morning arrival due to flights!

as advertised. rooftop pool was excellent & location great. only miss was the breakfast, in the info about the room it said we could request in room dining and when we spoke to the staff they seemingly had no idea about this. not a big deal - but something that needs to be updated.

Amazing huge rooms, nice breakfast and the whole place is very stylish
