"We stayed only one night as we were driving across country. This hotel was on the newer side, very clean an convenient. Its close to restaurents and shopping, easy to park and they also have a nice pet area. The staff was so nice. We'd stay here again"

"Good things: Easy and super fast access to front desk via messaging. Good breakfast, which was kept replenished and ready for the whole of the generous breakfast hours, 6 to 10 a.m. Nice room layout - suite with separate bedroom. Regular rooms have been fine in the past, but since my husband had to work pre-dawn, having the bedroom separate from the desk area was helpful. Bad things: Lack of housekeeping. A bathroom mirror notice stated housekeeping was every other day. When we called because of NO HOUSEKEEPING and lack of sufficient supplies, we were told they were trying to remove notices from mirrors because housekeeping was every 3 days. Wish that was stated at check-in & on websites. We checked in on Friday, out on Tuesday, and had NO housekeeping service whatsoever. Luckily there were several garbage cans in the suite, so we didn't run out of trash space. But we ran out of toilet paper (which a staff member brought to our room after we requested it), kleenex, clean washcloths, and kitchen linens. Also, the couch was horrendous! It pulled out into a sleeper bed, which we didn't need, but just sitting on the couch was impossible. Cushions collapsed in the middle! We called about it & maintenance came right up. However, it was a momentary fix at best. The supporting wood slats and cloth straps, just slid right back out of the way and the couch cushions collapsed again. Bad! Bed was inconsistently supportive - not too comfortable."

"We played pickleball & basketball. The home had air hockey, foosball and mini basketball downstairs. There was plenty of space. And a kitchen with all that we needed. Brds were comfortable."

"The breakfast was okay. Staff was great and cleanliness was too bad. I did notice in the bathroom that there was hair and other debris in the corners. "

"Kitchen is not equipped initially. You need to contact desk for coffee maker, blow dryer, iron etc. however they are available. Incredible value. Skip the properties with the spa you’ll never sit in and the free powdered egg breakfast and get more value here. It was a third of the price of our usual hotel and I had zero regrets. New area with entertainment, grocery and restaurant options. Just off Bangeter so easy to get to and from even in heavy traffic."
