"When we first checked in, we received keys to a room that was not cleaned. The beds were unmade towels all on floor in bathroom. However the staff responded fast and got us another room"

"The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room but no cups no ,coffee pot ,and no coffee. We were so uncomfortable we shorted our vacation early. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and want to have a good experience . I also made a complaint to corporate office but no response yet it’s being a week , I also included pictures."

"Was not happy with the hotel stay in that plenty of time before.I guess someone else took over the property. Wasn't happen with the rooms? The service was terrible. And I won't be staying there anymore. Resident Inn is where I would be laying my head."

"Room was very clean and comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a guide for the AC controls. The room and all textiles in the room felt damp for the first night and next morning. We saw a "DRY" button on the controls and pushed it. The air felt less damp almost immediately and the towels and clothing dried out too. This dehumidifier was definitely needed in south Louisiana in May. Breakfast was very good, especially the yogurt and toppings. It would have been nice to have bacon or sausage patties on one of the two days we were there-both days had sausage links."
