Nice hotel in prime location.

Its a pleasant stay in the hotel.The main thing is that it was located in prime place which is very nearer to Botanical garden.Only the quality of water to be improved in the hotel and the restaurant food quality.

One day stint at Vinayakaa Inn, Ooty

Quite comfortable stay. Clean room, beddings, bed sheets and blankets, dining table impressed us. Hotel restaurant was under maintenance, however, their room service personnel were very cordial and the food served were tasty, fresh and hot! (Hotel authorities must try to provide supporting bills like, food, beverages etc., along with main bill for customer reference)

Ooty stay

Check-in and Check-out took long time even though the booking was pre-paid. The location of the hotel is good, it is very near the Botanical Gardens and away from city center and the heavy traffic. Room was bigger than what I expected and reasonable clean. The towels we were given looked really old. The restaurant was a disappointment. It took 30 minutes to get the food server and the waiter missed some items we ordered and we had to wait again. There is another restaurant called Jyothi Vilas about 300 meters from this hotel, I would suggest that place for breakfast and lunch.

I booked FRONT SUITE room type through HOTELS.COM. I regret for it, as there is no difference between FRONT SUITE and SUPER DELUX. I felt I paid more for no extra comfort, I should have selected SUPER DELUX. PROs 1. RESTAURANT 2. HOT WATER 3. HOUSE KEEPING 4. LOCATION (very near to BOTANICAL GARDEN) 5. TRAVEL DESK 6. Prinzipiell war alles da was man brauchte, irgendwie kannte nur immer jeder jeden und man wurde von den empfohlenen Rikshafahrern immer wieder zu den gleichen "ecological factories" gebracht. WLAN war mies, ansonsten alles ok.

I had a good and pleasant stay in Vinayaga Inn. Everything is good in and around. I recommend vinayaga inn to all my friends who plans to make a trip to ooty. Rooms are clean, room service is good, the hotel is located near by thottabetta. Restaurant facility available and foods are very nice.

A very Good hotel with economy rates

Rooms are good and as displayed as on website. Walking distance from Botanical Garden and almost in city centre. The only thing we did not felt ok with, is the condition of intercom and ceiling of rooms :(

Located in the heart of the City

Hotel was very clean and neat. Hotel is located in the heart of the city which helps you for sight seeing, especially very near to the botanical garden. 24 hours hot water facility ( both bath & wash basin), room service, restaurant is available. Staffs are very cooperative. In and around the hotel is also very clean. I really would like to stay in the same hotel again. Few suggestions : (1) Restaurant facility can be made better. (2) Water provided to the rooms should be clean. .. A very good budget hotel, worth stay. Thanks to Hotels.com. & Vinayaga Inn.

Awesome sevice and cheaper

it was all good , the hot water kept rummimg . when it wasnt there they provided it with bucket.Food is the main thing here, althouhg the charges in the menu they provide in room are older ones but food is awesome,.lovely stay

Stayed for a night. The rceptionist is very helpful. The location is good as it is only a small walk to the botanical garden, which is a must place to visit in Ooty. The hotel may need some new paints though. The corners of the room look blackened. Otherwise, it is a good budget hotel for a stay.
