I had booked a royal suite. It was worth every penny. Spacious rooms, very clean, amazing views!

The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good.

The towels were dirty, though they changed it the new ones were the same as old ones. Food was the worst part, nothing was available except tea and coffee. To top it off the manager was very unpleasant. About the property itself, it’s placed in a very scenic location and all we enjoyed was the nature from the room sit out. That was the good part.

Me and my family had spent one night in Greenwords recently. The sceneric beauty of the resort was beautiful. However our stay experince was disappointing. Once we reached there, they gave us a room which had a musty smell, damp walls and with electrical faults. This was the similar experence with the bathrooms, it smelled really horrible. We requested for a change of room, but since the resort was completed booked, they couldnt offer us any The bathrooms dint have enough hot water as they only have a small gyeser shared between 2 rooms, so we ended up taking bath in the cold water. The staff were polite and cooperative, they tried sorting the issues but things were out of their reach. Hotel has its own restaurant which was just next to our room, but it was not that clean. The upholstery where shaby. Whereas the dinner alacarte food was freahly prepared and was good. The buffet breakfast was average. Overall it would have been a good experience if the rooms were worth the price we paid.

Amazing experience, from rooms to food everything is extraordinary. One would love the scenic beauty hotel is surrounded with, a pleasant view specifically entrance side. I wouldn’t say issue but it’s hard to find the path to the hotel and the steep hill that one has to drive, if it’s day time no issue at all. Always they are call away to help. Thanks Green nest for wonderful experience.

A very honest resort

The feeling you get with Green Nest is that they are very genuine and honest with everything. It’s a nice little resort with all the basic amenities. The staff is really super cool. Especially with this guy called Kishore. He is there 24/7 to make sure everything is perfect. Never says No to anything.

Excellent Stay

Nice well maintained property with clean rooms and excellent surroundings. The views were simply amazing with nature all around. The staff were very courteous and ever so helpful. Breakfast was lavish and fresh. Every item we ordered was fresh and tasty. Lunch and dinner could have had a few more options. Overall an exceptional experience.

Awesome stay. Location was amazing. Issue was only with WiFi. Planned to work from there but WiFi was a very big issue. Luckily carried dongle and it saved my work. Food was amazing and everyone out there very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended for family stay

The view and location are awesome, quiet, serene and away from hustle bustle of city life. We had a great time. Special thanks to Richards(manager) who took care of our needs. I had forgotten my i phone changer, he managed to send it with a driver to Coimbatore before my departure. Thank you again. I would highly recommend this place. Hope to return soon

Located amidst tea gardens, the resort is ideal for a short getaway. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food, especially breakfast, is excellent.

Amazing view! Nice to chill out

Amazing view. Food taste is average. Don’t expect luxury services. The resort is located almost 30kms away from centre of ooty so commuting to tourist attractions might take long from the resort. Overall, It was good experience.
