Great place for Cooperstown Tournament

In town for CASV Tournament, house was close by and very convenient to get to. Place is very comfortable and clean and owners are super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

This is a great little house reasonably priced within minutes to the All-Star Village. We enjoyed our stay here. Property owner is excellent Highly recommended

The house was so comfortable for everyone in our group. It is stocked with plenty of towels, paper goods and nice washer and dryer. The check-in and checkout procedures was simply. Nice neighborhood and conveniently located.

We had everything we needed for my family stay, 20-25 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park, easy drive, convinient stores within few minutes. Host was very nice and accessible.

Great Property

We were in town to watch my nephew play in the Cooperstown tournament for the week. The house was very clean and spacious. Check-in/out was very simple. The host was quick to respond to all messages. The neighborhood is safe. Parking is off street, right next to the house. The trip was great! Would rent again. Had no needs during stay. House had all the necessary amenities Thank you!

Spacious, but dated

The house is large and spacious. There are window ACs upstairs in each bedroom that worked out great. The house is older and dated. The furniture, fixtures, flooring is all very dated. Also, there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. It had a lot of kitchen utilities also with a grill. There are not a lot options near Cooperstown for a larger group.

Nice house good location

The house was cute, living room couch more updated than pictured. First floor - Kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom all nice and clean. Kitchen sink needs to new drain stoppers(no big deal). 4 bedrooms, one full bath and washer dryer upstairs. Bedroom carpets are not the cleanest. Some spots a little crunchy. Upstairs shower, water pressure is fair, shower head is pretty close to the wall though. Ac window units in each room, all worked well. Upstairs has a slight smell (middle bedroom mainly) over all nice place to stay. Close to town and Cooperstown all star village. Surrounding area is not bad. Enjoyed our stay.
