"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The little extras of access to the executive lounge were wonderful after a day out and about busy sight seeing. The lobby area was grand and gorgeous. The room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and bridge. Very close to the station and ferry and Aqua city shopping centre. This was a wonderful way to end our 3 week holiday in Japan. My only suggestion would be that after a long day out it would have been nice to be able to relax with watching a movie on Netflix. This was our experience during our other accomodations throughout Japan. I found it a little surprising that the only options for English speaking viewing was a couple of news channels. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Tokyo."
